Title: Do refferral bonuses count as offers and do their offer completions count?

I'm just curious because it says i am eligible for cashout but I have only done 11 dollars in actual offers. All of the rest were refs and signup bonuses.

No. They don't count towards the 15 bucks.

They don't count towards the 15.00 but you would be better off not to cash out till the end of the month anyways since you already missed the deadline to get paid Aug 20th.  You wouldn't get paid till Sept 20th anyways so best to wait till the end of August to cashout surely you will have hit 15.00 by then even just doing the dailies :)

Referral bonus doesn't count toward the $15 in offer withdrawal requirement.
It does count as the number of "offer" on the little banner everybody has in their sig though.

Only the offers you do on the site yourself in the offers section (Can be free or paid) count towards the $15 you need to cashout

Even 100 15 cent daily offers, right?
