Today I tried the video 3 times and never got credit. Is anyone else having problems today with it?

I have been getting credit for the Barbie video. What browser are you using? I use google chrome. :monkey:

i do this every day and get credited ::)

try opera stable version or opera next. I use those and got the credit. could try firefox too or flock.

It was working for me. I haven't had it on my video list today.

The Barbie Videos always Credit for me.

So far I have been credited every time I do this video, it's been one of the consistent ones for me recently.

I have had lots of problems with the videos lately. But the Barbie video is none of the few that has always credited.
I have found that if keep the window open for a minute or 2 after the video has ended there is a better chance of receiving credit. :peace: :rainbow: :wave:

The Barbie one has been consistently crediting for me. After I finish the video, it gets credited a few minutes later.

I used IE this morning and was able to get credit 2x for the Barbie video:

I like the fact that Barbie has now created different Barbies...one is thicker, one is shorter, one is taller......more like real people.

My Barbie videos are crediting and sometimes more than once. This morning, I had two Barbie videos on my page and both credited.
I use chrome but firefox has been helpful when I have had problems with chrome.

I use Chrome and have had no problems getting credited everyday. There were two of those videos today, which is strange but I tried both and only got credit for one. I guess because I had completed the other, but bostonphil said he got both so I it's possible.... maybe I'll get them both tomorrow if they're still here.

Yeah it seems like the two Barbie videos reset each day. They are crediting well.

yes these 2 have been great, I have also had a breast cancer assessment, while slow to credit it does credit every day. I have had a couple of good hyprmx too. So the buggy multi time videos are becoming less annoying as there are more other things.

The Barbie video is one of the rare videos that ALWAYS credits. Sometimes it's a good idea to let the video finish and then give it a few extra seconds just to make sure the video is complete.

I agree with you. I also enjoyed the previous Barbie ad where the little girls came in to different situations - soccer coach, vet's office, etc. Making the point girls can do anything. Am impressed with Barbie's new ad campaigns. And yes, the Barbie ads have consistently approved for me.

I had problems the one day but I got my credit later. It has been working most days now.

I use FireFox. It was crediting and now it is not.
Hard to find dependable offers to credit these days. It is getting very frustrating.
I hope admin is working hard to fix these issues.

The Barbie Videos work for me, I actually get credit about twice a day for them, is one of the few that has work this week for me
