Today was my weigh in and so far in ONLY 6 weeks I lost 30.6 lbs! I started this program called Medi-Weight loss and I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to be healthier and change your life style choices! Their motto is "The one that works!" and so far they are living up to it! And the best part is my insurance covers 80% of the visits! I go weekly until I reach my goal weight and then I go monthly. I started Vlogging on Youtube and let me tell you it's a big part of keeping a journal and helps me spread the word, even the pros and cons! It's also therapy for me to speak to the camera! lol..If you want to see my progress, look me up under kimber62372. Love and peace to all! :)

That is GREAT news! I am so proud of you. I list about 25 pounds few years ago on Weight Watchers and have kept it off. I bet besides looking better you feel better. Again, that's great news!

Jeepers! only six weeks!? I'm curious to know what you've been eating, or rather NOT eating. I'm trying to lose about twenty pounds myself and thought by cutting sugar, eating more fruits and veggies and exercising that the weight would start coming off. I haven't had much luck probably because it's hard to stay on track plus my low metabolism stores everything I eat! Do you have a few tips that might help me to start seeing real progress? Also, congrats to you! Your victory is an inspiration.

Wow! Congrats!! I have gained 20 pounds in the last 6 weeks...(I'm pregnant lol) Still I am gaining way too fast. I will have to try that program out after I give birth. Good luck to make your goal weight!

That's great! It took me about 1 year to lose 60 lbs, and I've wanted to lost some more, but I'm struggling with it lately, and have even put on a pound or two. Just stay determined, and hopefully you will meet your goal!

lol...YES!! Cutting out sugars, starch and carbs such as breads, potatoes & rice is the main component! It killed me to stay away from these items but I am doing it and sticking to it! I am allowed to slowly introduce them into my diet once I reach my goal weight which will probably be in a year! lol ... I am very determined and once I set my mind to something and I commit, there is no stopping me!:) Also, I get B1, B6 & B12 shots and boy do they help with energy and suppress my appetite! I am so happy for you, I want to lose fifty pounds and it is so hard. What is the name of the program? I am going to start a no carb for about a week and them just try eating fruits and portion control.

Yeah, I confess that I eat a sandwich sometimes but still a little too often, I eat potatoes with steak (even though my doctor keeps reinforcing that I shouldn't eat red meat etc.) I guess I really need to stick to my guns like you and eat only what is good for my diet. Plus, I need to get a better balance between working online and working out! I watched your first video on youtube, I don't think anyone could get me to take those injections, talk about a pain in the butt LOL!

i've been on a 1300 calorie diet for almost 6 months and have no evidence of a weight loss. i'm mostly chair bound a shake so bad when standing on a scale that we cant get a read out. my best to all of you in your weight loss goals
