I have never seen a message as the one that you received. Sounds like a glitch on their end. You might try using a different browser or give it a day or two and try again.

I rarely do My Thought Counts surveys, but have never had a message like that when I did. That's kind of weird!!

I've never seen that message either. Kind of a weird message. Wish I had an answer for you but it's probably something on their end.

I did not get an error. It only showed me there are no surveys available at the time.

I don't think I've seen that message. It looks like something that should have been deleted. It makes no sense as a standalone message. However, on occasion you run into blurbs like that. Pay no mind, but forge on. FusionCash has much to offer.

I have never seen that message. I used to do those surveys all the time. Now since the FC surveys are back and paying well, I don't use daily surveys as much :)

Maybe this message is a mistake.

Be sure to clean your browsers regularly, as sometimes you can continue to get funky messages as they are stored in your computers cache for that website. When things do not work right try restarting the browser, cleaning the browser, try a different browser, and try restarting the computer. I also check the forum to see if anyone else is reporting the same issue

Welcome to the club! I'm always getting strange error messages. Sometimes I copy the message to a search engine and get answers from others who have experienced the same message. Most times I don't bother. Chances are if you reboot and/or clear your history, your surveys will come up normal again. Even if they don't, there are so many surveys to choose from that you can almost always find another that WILL work!

strange... would check your account to see if you got paid for that survey. if not, send a support tix, for sure... :peace:

Never seen that error message before send in a ticket and ask them to investigate this and they probably will just to see whats going on with that survey company

I've never seen that one but I keep getting a message when I go to the Videos section. Its been happening every time lately. Been on FC for years and this just started happening about 3 months ago. Gonna turn in a ticket if I can't find anyone else having the same issue. It gives me "Checking Connection....Please wait" I've waited several times for long periods of time and nothing more happens.
