Do you eat certain foods at certain times each day?

No not really. My eating routine is all over the place because of my busy schedule.

put food in mouth,chew then swallow and that seems to work best ,q tips in my ears works best and my hiney prefers being an exit.

My work schedule is all over the place so I eat different every day. On my days off I do try to eat like a normal person ... I usually even cook dinner for me and the hubby.

No, I just basically eat whatever suits me, I don't have a set time to eat.

YES fruit in the morning, light healthy lunch, then protien and vegatables in the evening before i work out

The only thing I do consistently is eat either oatmeal or a cold oat cereal every morning for my chol. And coffee.

No I don't have a certain time to eat food. As long as I have Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner I'm good. :) :) :) :)

My breakfast consist of tea, coffee, and oatmeal. Lunch and dinner salad.

I have no routine... just eat when I'm hungry. I also try to eat fruit or vegetables with each meal. :)

During the week yes. Weekends, not so much.

Well since my son makes breakfast yes I eat eggs and other breakfast foods in the morning although not always the same time in the morning because he goes to work at different times.

Cool lol In morning I eat 4 slices of whole wheat bread if I have it, in evening I may eat a pizza or something with some popcorn or may eat popcorn later on in day and I eat a banana a day or orange juice (it's been bananas lately though haha) I do have a couple of days each week though where I eat whatever I want in the day (a lot more than usual lol) I also drink water with my food mostly except on days where I eat whatever I want I may drink pop haha I also take 1 vitamin a day it's a multi vitamin

When I am working I have more of a schedule. I don't usually eat until 10am when we take our break at work. Then I may have a snack at 1pm and eat dinner at about 5pm.

The only food routine I have is I eat a bowl of oatmeal every morning. My granny used to tell me that if I ate a bowl of oatmeal in the morning, it would stick to my ribs until lunch time.

If I have time I like to completely plan out my meals and work outs aiming for six meals consisting of equal, palm sized portions of carbohydrates and protein. For example, four eggs and half a grapefruit at six in the morning, a protein shake at eight, a Tuna sandwich for lunch, a protein bar and apple at two in the afternoon, chicken breast and potato for dinner and cottage cheese/strawberries at eight in the evening. I aim to drink two liters of water each day and work out for at last an hour. I have been totally jammed with meetings during the day and using every last ounce of energy to pump out numbers at my night time job which cuts my meals down to four equal, palm sized portions of carboohydrates and protein and one liter of water(and candy pilfered from other desks). I consider myself lucky if I can work out for forty five minutes four times a week.

Nope. I'm completely horrible with my eating. I was really sleepy yesterday despite being awake only like 8 hours, and then I remembered that I didn't eat lunch. If I was better at that, I'd probably be more motivated for do stuff instead of feeling sleepy.

Eh i usually have lunch , snack & dinner breakfast i rarely have and if if i do its usually near lunch or as lunch

I just eat when i am hungry and try not to eat too much, just to be comfortable, helps to keep the weight steady

I eat breakfast at work at my desk, usually before 9:30. Lunch I have late, like 1:30 or 2. Then I still have a snack before i leave work, around 4. I run after work, so I usually don't have dinner until much later, like 8-8:30.

No time frame I just as healthy as possible daily.

As long as I have my coffee in the morning, the rest of the day is whatever I can get my hands on.

I do not have a eating routine. I just eat whenever I feel hungry. Sometimes i eat three times a day and sometimes just two.

No, I do not have a eating routine. When I am hungry, I eat whatever is in the fridge.

I must eat in the mornings and it has to be more then just toast and coffee, and it is because of my meds. If I don't eat enough then I get sick and dizzy. NO fun. Also have to get breakfast down before 7 a.m. so that by 8:30 I can be up and at it . I hate the stuff I have to take because it does make me sleepy for a short time. But when you have to have it you got to take it. who knows maybe someday I will get straightened out.

I don't tend to eat that often. Ive been kind of off with my eating

I have a protein bar in the morning with my coffee. The rest of the day is always different.
