>:( Im trying to change my email address and your servers keep telling me that the address is invalid. WHAT????? I've had this email address for over 10 yrs.. Actually, more like 20 so whats up? Currently, I'm using a gmail address that is for business and I do'nt really like to do that. So, how do we solve this??? :
That email address is not valid. When we attempted delivery to it, the error returned was: Permanent Failure (). Please choose a different address.

If you haven't already, you should put in a support ticket.

I had that but i have other email addresses to use. But yes, put in a support ticket
-
I have never had that to happen to me but I agree with the support ticket

I had trouble with my charter account (I don't recall the error or what it was exactly) and I had to switch Fusioncash to a hotmail account. I know at one point I had a lot of trouble getting all my e-mails, some would get bounced back to friends with "account invalid" messages. I never could figure out the issue and trying to get help from charter was a joke.

I had this happen as well, years ago. A 20+ year old email that I had been using with FC for at LEAST 6-7 years at the time. The response to my support ticket was, don't know what to tell you. I had to create a different email address. Total pain, it makes no sense.

Put in a support ticket...

I changed my email once and it went through. The only thing is I kept forgetting to check the new email so I changed it back to the original one. :) No problem . make sure every part of the email is correct in case they have an issue on their end

Constantly sending support tickets is a BAD idea. It's no wonder they don't respond to most of them. The answer is right here in the Forum. so just read it.

I agree with Oldbuddy, just simply set up a gmail account, it's free and you can use that email for fusion cash and any other survey sites you might join.
