I can't remember the last time I woke up and thought, gee, I feel good today.
-
I'm glad I wake up in the mornings, God has the power to do all things, so be thankful that he spared your life and to see another day, so yes, I feel good in the mornings to see another day.
-
Yes. I wake up feeling good ever since I started taking Glucosamine ... like a miracle pill for joints/muscles.
Before that, I used to always wake up with chronic pain usually in my legs, because of running, but at some point it shouldn't be hurting... started taking glucosamine on a whim, expecting it not to do anything, & literally in a few hours all the pain subsided. Now I wake up feeling good almost always :)
-
I've never really thought about it. I usually wake up with no complaints so I guess that's good. :in-love: :in-love: :in-love:
-
I am sorry that you feel that way. I get a lot of work done in the morning.
-
Yes, I do wake up feeling good.
-
i always wake up feeling good
-
Normally I wake up with a positive outlook on life. So in that respect I feel good. Sometimes, however, I don't feel good physically...joint and back pain occasionally.
-
I wake up feeling horrible everyday. I am always sick. Some days I can shake it off but others forget it. :(
-
Nope, I never do.
-
I wake up feeling tired until I drink my coffee.

I can't remember the last time I woke up and thought, gee, I feel good today.
Hello! :D :)
I wake up today feeling tired as I work seven days. I'm working on waking up with a positive mindset. :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:

Yes, it makes me feel good knowing that Our Father in Heaven has let me wake up and have another Day on this Earth to Pray to him and be with my Family. The Lord is soo GOOD to me everyday.
-
No, I don't wake up feeling good. The older I get, the harder it is to get to sleep and stay to sleep. I have just started seeing a doctor about the problem, though, and am looking forward to some helpful solutions.

I went through a stage of what you speak of. But I've finally gotten my body, brain and spirit figured out. And it only took me 43 years. I'm blessed to recognize the needs of me. I function best when I've had 9 hours of sleep. When I exercise (Even brisk walks) at least 4 days a week. Loosing weight over the last 4 months has certainly helped. I've grown closer to God. I'm feeding myself nutritionally & spiritually. Waking up naturally (NO ALARM CLOCK on some days) and taking a few seconds to pray before starting the day has worked wonders.

wake up sore most mornings takes awhile to get going
-
I usually wake up and think how tired I am haha.
-
I've always wondered if anyone actually wakes up like they do in the mattress commercials. A big stretch with a big smile, sun shining through the window. That has never ever happened to me. I always wake up in the dark, tired and foggy and lifeless.
-
It is just another morning.
Keep busy...keep going!
-
I'm not a morning person, so I can't really say that I have ever woken up "feeling good." I suppose I have, but I can't recall at this moment.
-
I wake up feeling good most days. It is better now that I get8 hours sleep.
-
Not usually, but I did this morning.
-
Sometimes I wake up feeling great when I get the proper sleep.
-
I can sleep all night and wake up thinking...is it bed time yet haha...Some times I do and sometimes I dont
-
So bless just to wake up so Yes, I do feel good every morning he allows me to see another day. Thanks be to God
-
Only if I have 9 plus hours of sleep that I'll wake up feeling good.
-
I never used to feel good, but I do now. I had sciatica in my back and moving was very painful, then went to a pain management DR and had shots, now I'm great.
-
Not lately. It seems that almost every day I am waking up with a slight headache and a just not feeling great feeling. This has been a bad year for me. I had total knee replacement in June. I have to have cataract surgery on both eyes and in January total knee replacement on the other knee.
-
There was one time that it happen last month but that was the only time I felt good when waking up.
-
Yes, when I can wake up to see another day and still be aware of all around me; then that is a good day and a blessing.
-
I always just wanna go back to sleep tbh.
-
Most of the time I feel good when I wake up but it usually does not last long
-
NO! I always wake up feeling bad. I am NOT a morning person by any means. I need a few hours to get Prozac in my system before I can start feeling decent.
-
It depends. I have "okay" mornings and then I have "better" mornings. It depends on the arthritis and also my mindset. Oh, and it also depends if I've had a good night's sleep. Having a decent night's sleep can make a lot of difference in how I face the day. However, opening those ole' eyes is surely preferable to not opening them at all!! Then you always have the opportunity to make the best of your day!!!
-
I'm a morning person so even tho I have aches and pains I still am happy when I wake up
-
Mornings are my favorite part of the day, but nights are rough sometimes since I'm an insomniac.
-
I know it sounds cheesy but when I wake up during the night I literally count the hours until I can get my day started 8)
-
Most day I wake up feeling ok.
-
When ever you wake up feeling good, it's a blessing, so thank God for waking you up feeling good.
-
Every once in a while, doc always asks question is Do you wake up feeling good and relaxed. Not do you feel you stopped breathing in the nite. I feel the question changed.
-
After a good night sleep, I feel refreshed...full of energy.
Ready to take a new day!
-
In the sense that you are talking, I do wake up every once in a while feeling good. But from my perspective, every day that I wake up, I feel good about it.
-
No. Most days I don't wake up feeling good. Especially Mondays. I dread Mondays.
-
Great way to put it!
In the sense that you are talking, I do wake up every once in a while feeling good. But from my perspective, every day that I wake up, I feel good about it.
-

-
I woke up feeling good this morning. But then again everyday i wake up i feel good

I agree with the person that mentioned Glucosamine. I used to literally tear up before standing up, walking etc.
A friend brought me some glucosamine, and within a few days I was feeling so much better.
Years later, I still take at least one a day.

I am feeling okay today. I have a few appointments so even if I don't feel that great, I need to put my game face on and tough through it. We are half way through the week so that makes me feel good.
-
I can't remember the last time I woke up and thought, gee, I feel good today.
I'm sorry to hear that you aren't able to say, "I feel good today!"
I wake up most days with a smile on my face, a lilt in my step, and a song on my lips. I feel very fortunate.
