Post by: melodylogan45 on January 24, 2019, 04:53:31 am
How is your work week going so far? My work week is just super busy and I am tired everyday, mentally and physically.

My work week has been exhausting too. My job is more physical than mental right now, but my week is very busy because of everything I have to do after work too.

It has been a killer week with two days to go. I worked at my second job until one this morning and jumped on my day time job at six this morning. I was caught with an unexpected deadline and had to stop all activity to concentrate on the deadline item. I am catching up, right now, on the three lost hours. As soon as that is done I will need to get at least three hours in at my second job in preparation for the bi monthly close out at midnight on Saturday.I seem to be working at a faster pace and am hoping to have the day time duties done by nine this evening so I can finish the other job by midnight again. At least I get to work from home today and tomorrow. I waste an hour on commute time to the office three times a week (and shower time)! All this work is starting to catch up with me!

I'm retired so I don't have to be concerned with work anymore, thank goodness.  But I remember the long days and busy schedules when I was working.  Try to pace yourself and not let it tire you out too much.  :female: :female: :female: :female:

Just curious....do you work all these jobs from home?

Mon-Fri for me. This is usually the time of year when I mentally need a break after all the commotion of the holidays. It's always catch-up time with my exhausted brain.

I not longer have a workweek. I just quit my part time job. Being a senior and having worked since age 16 I no longer want to do anything physically demanding. I love to take pictures and have started selling them on a website. Not making what I made at my part time job but at least it is not a physical job.

:)      ;D      :)   My work week has been kind of slow. Really not a lot of work this week, which seems a bit frustrating while trying to make enough to cover bills. I'm hoping that work will increase more to work more hours.   :)

This has already been a tough week   This week and last one of the children I care for has been working in a play, so the hours and the driving time is more than regularly.  But I have got a lot of extra time to be on the computer.

Hello! :D :)

My work week is often long as I work from home and I don't take any day off anymore. I just take long brakes and give myself time to relax. :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:

My work week was hectic (as usual) but very productive. So I am more than satisfied. I try to create a "to-do" list of what I need to accomplish for that day...and thus far, I have successfully completed everything on the list. A major motivator for me!

My work week is always busy. I garnish people's bank accounts, so when people swipe their bank card at stores and realize they have $0.00, they call me and say some not so nice things. I welcome my weekends.

Is it the work or the people that tires you out?  I had a job where the work was the not problem, but the supervisor who felt they had to micro manage you.
