With all the communication technology we have today, do you keep in touch with your out of state or instate relatives all the time? The communication. I use is text, email & phone. I am not on facebook or anything else, there are a few instate relatives that i keep in touch with at times.
-
I was never close with the majority of my relatives. However, the few that I am close with, communication is primarily done through phone (calls, text messages) and Internet (e-mail, Facebook, and Skype).
-
I do not use Facebook. Yes texting is quicker than speaking but I am noticing more and more people do not answer texts immediately or even at all. Kind of irritating because most people have their phones glued to their hand all the time.
-
I keep in touch by phone (I do not have a cell phone ) unless it's a quick question then I send an email.
-
With all the new communication technologies,
it is difficult to keep in touch with them because
they keep moving constantly.
-
All family is within driving distance so we call or text and try to get together once a month for dinner. The nieces and nephews use technology to update each other but my sisters and I talk once a week
-
No I do not. As I can call them, so too can they call me. But my folks are lazy and never bother.
-
I'm in touch with my family almost daily, in person, by text, email, and social media. They are my people.
-
The main way I communicate with family and friends is by text and or phone. Occasionally I use email.
I use text for a question or two. Phone calls for a more lengthy conversation :rainbow: :peace:wave:

I am old fashioned, I rarely communicate by social media. I pick up the phone or send a handwritten note!
-
For me it's texts and email mainly. Not really a phone person. Just don't like talking on the phone much.
-
I text and talk on the phone.

I do call a couple of my older sisters up on a regular basis to make sure they are doing ok. (My five older sisters are in their 70's and 80's). I call my brothers up now and then too. Other than that, I may text. Occasionally, I still use the mail. - Regular postal service, that is.
