I didn't get paid today for doing them, anyone else have that problem today?

I did get credited for 2 yesterday morning (to make my PTC money) but then when I did a few in the afternoon I got no credit. I hope they give us all the back-credit like last time.

I did not get paid for mine today, either. This happened before and we didn't get credit for several days. We eventually got paid but for that time when we weren't getting paid it didn't count towards the 5 cents for the PTC. So, looks like, here we go again.

TAP isn't working this morning either. It is working on another site that I am on so it is a problem between TAP and Fusion Cash. I am trusting that it will be fixed soon enough and that we will get the credit due us.

Thanks for the insight, Bostonphil. I have not as yet received delayed credits due from Tap after working surveys late Sat. and Sun. We went through this same ordeal with Tap in December during the holiday period. Eventually, word got through and the problem was fixed. Tap made good on the credits owed.
I'm staying hopeful that this situation will be addressed for FC members soon.

TAP is still not crediting. I was able to get credit for two videos but have not yet been able to make my 5 cents so moving on to another site.

It irritates me when I do not credit for Tap because then I don't qualify for PTC..frustrating and I hope they fix this soon!!

I don't understand why this problem hasn't been fixed? Tap is working fine on CC. It's time to get in gear, FC!

it worked for a while now it is not working again. I would not know whos end is it fc or tap :(

I'm getting credit for Tap-research on another site I'm a member of so this must be an issue with Fusion Cash.

Still no credit for me today. Really getting frustrating and hard to get my 5 cents. That doesn't sound like much but the videos don't work or take forever. It has been taking me several days to come up with 5 cents.

Yes, I have also experienced issues with Tap and it is a big loss for me. I was hoping to cash out this month, but that is not going to happen now.

That is my number one pet peeve with FusionCash is the Admin, and moderators if there even are any. They are and have always invisible. Just a courtesy note of telling us, we know there is a problem, we are looking into it would go along way.
Its not Tap in general, its Tap on FusionCash, as Tap works on all other sites that Ive checked

I too have been having the same problem and it is not the first time.

Like another member, I do TAP on another site as well as Fusion Cash. I am getting credit on the other site.
The problem is TAP on Fusion Cash. I do not think there is anything that we can do. If and when the problem gets resolved, we will probably get our credits.

It is a shame. I just came back to fusion after a long break and was enjoying TAP. Now that it is not working I wont be able to earn cash like I had hoped.

Well, simce it has become impossible to keep track of my credits on Tap, I'm not even going to waste my time. I will do them again when I see some credit for the ones I did last week. It would really be nice if they would let you know there is a problem and that they are working on it??? :BangHead:

I've been out of town for a week and was so hoping the glitch with Tap would have been fixed when I returned! Now I'm just hoping it gets fixed eventually. We have gotten spoiled with the advantage of having a working Tap Research offer to go to. During the past glitch, I was never aware of getting the credits that I had lost, back into my account, but that must be awesome for those who were rewarded for their past efforts. Let's not give up hope. Put those healing vibes for TAP out there!!!

I just did a couple more surveys and still not getting anything :( I did a 50cent survey the other day and didnt get it....please fix this Tap research !!

I have learned that you have to do what the others are telling you. SPend less energy on complaining, and move on to something that does work. We all get hung up on the negative sometimes. What I have been learning in these forums that this seems like a reoccurring thing. So, yea it's going to take more time but move onto something that works. I think that this is a good teacher to make you learn that you can't stay complacent with things. You have to adapt to things and overcome. Go find something else that "does work." Go to other surveys, try videos. SOmething doesn't work, move on. This is what I have learned from the audience here.

Tap Research has been jazzed up for a very long time. They responded to my support ticket saying they were looking into the problem but it has been weeks now. Anyone else still having issues with not getting paid?

I occasionally try a survey on Tap Research, but I have not been paid for quite some time. I won't waste my time if there is no payment.

OK, This is ridiculous. How long should it take to figure out the problem with Tap? I received a response from whomever regarding Tap not crediting. It said they were aware that some users were not getting credit and that they would look into it. I can imagine they have been flooded with complaints. I know everyone says to just accept things as they happen however it is not easy for me to do that. I actually looked forward to using Tap. I found it easy to get my nickel to qualify for paid to click and then move on to other things. This has upset my whole routine in the morning. So I guess I am wondering if ANYONE is getting credit on Tap?

It seems that there are problems with Tap research, I have been doing the surveys for more than 3 weeks and I have not received the payment from them, someone knows what is happening with Tap.

I am so glad to know that you got credited for a couple of them. I've been contemplating how the heck Tap Research gets bumped up to the second level in the success rate chart of the daily surveys, when nobody presumably is getting credited. I'm encouraged to find out that at least some of us are making a few pennies on TR to help with the $.05 requirement.

I was just sitting here withe the same thought. Why don't they move it! Unassuming people will be doing it without any knowledge of the breakdown. It's so unfortunate.

You should try Tap surveys now. Apparently, Tap has had a "makeover" and look slightly different. I completed one of these surveys plus got four DQs:

I think I got somewhere around almost 20 Tap researches credited. Probably $1.00 or $2.00 worth and seems like Tap is working now. I tried it and it credited. Thank you FC.

I am shocked. I got like 30 Tap credits today, apparently paying for efforts I made while they were down. Happy.

So very exciting! I dont think I got back credits for everything, but I got a few. Now that it is working again I am able to start earning cash again.
