The Gov. of Washington entered the race yesterday. Does anyone think he has a chance? The only point he made so far was that he's all for the Green New Deal and climate change is #1 in his campaign.
This campaign is starting to sound like the Republicans in 2016.

I use to vote as a Democrat but changed to Republican. I can't say I'm really happy with either party at this time. Hmmm, their New Green Deal seems a ways out there, don't it? Don't get me wrong I would like to see more out there than Recycle and some safer products to use but I think their idea goes too far. Recycle created jobs for my community that I am grateful for and the fact more people are recycling than throwing their trash on the streets. I even recycle which I thought is something I would never do. I think for people who recycle though our trash pick up should be free not another charge added on our bill. The Government always wants us, people, to do things to make them look good but never care to give to the people. I think if the Democrat come out with something improving our environment they had real information on and a lot smaller it would have made people go crazy. They came out with the New Green Deal though something they couldn't even explain really themselves to my understanding. As I've watched more news on this matter scientist they have put on says it's not possible as they try to put it. When AMERICANS who were for it was questioned about it and the price for it they didn't even know the details about it or were happy to pay for it but some would still vote for it which told me they would like to see some more action on making things greener. These facts left me with it would be nice to see more involvement in making things Greener but I still can't vote Democrat again.

I think Joe is already in the race but just doesn't want to do the paperwork yet. He only goes to his childhood hometown when he's running for office. :D

Oh, the Green New Deal...I get that they want to make the world a greener place. It's a huge, noble effort to try to make the world a better place for our kids. But the timeline is all wrong. 10 years to get all that in place? Impossible. Rome wasn't built in a day, and the world can't be changed that fast in a decade.
Plus, I'd love more information and details on the deal. It all sounds like a pipe dream to me.

Don't be fooled. He's running. He just hasn't filed or announced yet. Otherwise he wouldn't be out there making speeches or going to his old hometown..the ONLY time he goes back to his hometown is when he's running for office..

Popcorn eating time is going to be when they have the first national debate. It will be very interesting to see what accusations and remarks are made back and forth among the participants. Hopefully there will be a lot of dropouts before that time comes -- otherwise they will have to exclude some/most of the candidates. Can you imagine a debate with this many hopefuls?

I have never heard of this individuals but if he is like so many of the past Presidents, they tell you what you want to hear. Those in charge will determine who will be the next President.

Joe Biden is the best choice to me. I do not care for the rest of the candidates. We need a change from what we have now. America was always great but now other countries think differently now.
