Your credits are not lost, but we are investigating why some of them are not displaying within your FusionCash account. We appreciate your patience as we work with TapResearch through this issue. I will leave this ticket open until the issue is resolved.

Here is another response that proves FC is aware of the non-crediting issue with Tap surveys to members' accounts. I've seen several posts today sharing with all of us this same response to many of the support tickets concerning Tap surveys showing cents rewarded (DQ or completed surveys), but failing to display earnings in the FC member accounts.
This should mean help is on its way!

Yes, and it's nice to know they responded to us There must be a glitch or something because Tap was always on point.

Thanks for posting this. The response indicates that TAP still lives on FC even though we are not getting credited for some reason. I have given up attempting TAP on FC until the glitch gets fixed and hopefully it will be done soon. TAP is one way that I earned towards cashout.

I have still been trying TR every morning and afternoon to see if anything has changed. So if once they get straightened out and start crediting, I may get a lot of back credit (hopefully) ;)

I got the exact same response. The FC admin has a lot on their table and I, for one, really appreciate all of the efforts they put in to making and keeping the site running smoothly.
Things do come up and glitches do happen but usually the problems don't last very long. Issues are dealt with in a timely fashion.

That is good news! I still have not received an answer to my support ticket, but am glad you did! I try Tap 1x/day just to see if I get credit. My hope is one morning I'll wake up to an extra $5! :)

That's what happened the last time the glitch was fixed. Hoping for this result as well

I did a Tap Research survey today and it was for something like 50 or 55 cents and I finished it and it said it would give me 17 cents and I didn't get any money.

glad to hear they are aware of it and looking into fixing it.... hope it gets fixed soon.... I try it everyday to see if it is fixed and to build up back credit

I had noticed this when I did tap and thought maybe it was just being slow in crediting. Finally quit tap because I thought I wasn't going to get credit.

I got the same response, however, It's fruitless for me now because Tap won't let me do any surveys period. They say it appears I'm using a proxy or VPN. I have no idea why or what happened to cause this, as I've done nothing different, but still I hope FC can get it sorted out. I know Tap changed their rules so there's a chance some of us will never get credit again :(

I'm thinking it might be time FC start looking into some new ways for us and them to make money. So many things are failing us (and them) these days. I wish they would bring back the "business cards" tasks. That wasn't a huge money maker but I found it fun and a great way to practice my typing on a daily basis!

I depend on Tap to get my nickel to do PTC.I only have so much patience with other surveys.The forum bonus and referring are my other earnings.
I am glad to see other members are on this and i say thanx for that.If Tap goes south and FC doesnt change their $15 policy i will just use the forum for chatting.

Yes. I wish they would find some new ways for us to earn too. Games. I love playing especially word games. Free ones, even if they only pay 1 cent.

I too have not been credited for any Tap research surveys I did since February 16,2019. I have written to FC and Tap but they just say they are working on it. In my case they have been say they have been working on it for 2 months. Someone PLEASE HELP!

All we can do it wait and see if it gets sorted out. I'm sure FC is getting tickets on it daily, so that keeps them busy. Plus I'm sure they'd like it to be fixed so they don't have to deal with so many unhappy members! :thumbsup:

I remember the business card transcription offer too. Even though I never tried it, at one point I was ready to give it a go and then poof, it was no longer available. :(
Well, maybe there are other cool offers or tasks on the horizon. I keep looking and hoping.

There is literally nothing for me to do. I have 3 video offers that do not credit and ZERO surveys. I've never had luck with tasks. This sucks.

Try TAP now! It worked for me today. It is crediting for survey completions and DQs. You'll be able to get the nickle for PTC again.

I'm sorry girl, but there were some really easy survey type tasks today, for 15 cents each. And apparently most everyone is getting credited with Tap again. Not me, but many are. Good luck!

I got my past Tap credits so maybe it takes time rolling in.

Yes, while not getting credit on Tap I hardly ever qualified for PTC. I did get some credits for past Tap dq's but have not gotten credit for previous surveys :sad1:

I was very happy to get back from an overseas vacation and see almost $9 in TAP credited to my account!
