Title: verification through fax question

To verify through fax it says I'd have to send one or more of the following:

Driver's License
State-issued Identification
Passport
School Identification
Official University correspondence, with letterhead

I wanted to send the University correspondence but only the envelope has my address on it. Not the letter itself. Will that be acceptable or should I try a different thing? Does anyone know if they would accept a bank statement with my address on it?

I would stick with the information listed if at all possible. Do you have a driver's license or state issued ID?

It is possible that they would accept your bank statement with name and address on it but it is not listed mong acceptable documents.

Perhaps another member might be able to give you better info or you may have to open a support ticket.

No license and no ID. We've moved to the new address a couple of years ago and I've been way too busy to do anything about it.
