Look what I got today. A response from when I posted on the troubles when we weren't getting credited for TAP.

Support Ticket Response
Dear Marci,

We have responded to your support ticket entitled "Tap Research - Not Crediting"

Here is what our support agent wrote:

The issues related to TapResearch and crediting surveys have been resolved. You should now have all your survey credits applied to your account. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this matter.

Yep, I got it too!! However, I don't see where I got any added $ from Tap. But the good news for me is Tap is now allowing me to do surveys again!! After months of saying I was using a VPN or proxy and wouldn't let me do any at all. I tried a couple, but it doesn't appear I got anything for the DQ's. Thanks so much FC for getting it all ironed out though!!  :)

I am just glad it is working, hate all the lost earnings for everyone but I am so glad it is fixed.

            I have not tried Tap Research for a few days because it was not crediting me at all, not even for DQ'd.

TAP is not crediting DQ's for me.  I just get a message that I have been disqualified.

Tap has been working well for me.  I just hope these surveys keep pouring in.  I do occasionally get that message that I am disqualified on a survey, but that doesn't occur too often.

Yep, this is the same thing that is happening to me. again.

I have heard that Tap has a new algorythm... if you get DQ'd from a few surveys, you will get a message saying that you have been DQd, but no credit.  As soon as you complete a survey, you will get cent(s) for the DQ.  It is weird, but that is what is happening.   I've had good luck this morning:

I have also seen other members mention the new algorithm. Seems accurate - I got credit for quite a few TAP yesterday, but no lucky today. Random.

I am not getting any credit.  I tried yesterday and today.  Bummer because I want to cash out.

Yes, they are, however the answer I got from them didn't help out a whole lot. But they did inform me that you can only get paid for so many DQ's before they stop paying until you get a complete so that was helpful. Disappointing but helpful.

Ah now that makes sense. But good thing with Tap is that you can actually qualify for a short quick survey.  I did the other day and didn't realize it wasn't still "qualifying" I am not a desired demo so it is really nice Tap is interested!

I've been getting a bunch of surveys that don't have a way to close them if I don't qualify unless I click on the tab at the top of the page then I get the puppy asking me for the reason.  I don't get any credit for them.

The last time Tap didn't credit, they never credited me for the surveys I did do. It's no wonder I have an inferiority complex. :)

Tap has been working fine for me since they fixed the problems.  It breaks once in a while and DQs me but I get the credit when I have to.  Very nice

I am so glad Tap Research is back up and crediting again. I really rely on that site every day to come up with the 5 cents we need to do the Paid to Clicks every day.

FC responded to my Support Ticket as well with the same message. I did get all of my back credits back too. I am so glad that Tap Research is back up and running again.

It has not been working for me.  And, I never get back pay for completed surveys.
