Pretty sure I have been in the past a member of that.  I don't know.  That is 2 listed in the forums right now that are closing. All of these sites may end up closing.

I heard that this morning. that was one of my top earning sites next to fusioncash and another great one. I will surely miss that one.

I just saw the message today. I must be bad luck. I only joined this site  a  couple weeks ago. Thank goodness I've been hitting it pretty heavy. i have over $19 made already. Was going to give up some of my poor PTC sites.  That's 2 sites that I just joined not long ago. I didn't even get to make $1 on Cash Crates before they shut down!   >:( >:(

If you already have $23.06 you should definantly try for $25.

I joined EarningStation in February.  I was able to get a $25 Amazon gift card and after that I was supposed to be able to get PayPal but ES kept giving me the run-a-round on that.   I had $28.70 and just put in for another $25 Amazon card.  I know it is only the 1st of the month but after spending hours on ES doing surveys, that took me all the way to the end. then DQ'd me with nothing, I am through with them and will just  forfeit my $3.70'.            After all I spent way to much time on CashCrate in February and March to get a lousy $20.89.=LESSON LEARNED

Another month!!

on Facebook today!

Dear EarningStation Members -
Earlier today we posted about our intentions to shut down EarningStation on June 1st of this year. Due to overwhelming demand we will continue to keep the site operational an extra month to allow people the chance to earn more and reach their redemption thresholds. Thank you all for being incredible supporters! Keep an eye on this space for any further updates.

I'm sorry the site is going down for those of you who used the site.  I did years ago but stopped, also years ago, because it took so long to earn enough to cash out.  But, I think it's very cool that the site gave everyone notice and are now giving an additional month to earn enough to cash out.   With this type of work comes risks, sites shut down, sometimes with no notice.

Im surprised that most people posting did not put that at the top of their list. So easy to earn there, and with getting a $3.50 bonus every 10 days! I am very sad that its over and done with now :( I just got a payment 2 days ago, and will have enough to cashout again before the end of the month.

Never a member of this one sorry to hear about them shutting down.  I hope you are able to cash out before that happens.  I am starting to worry about the longevity of all my sites as I am having a horrible time getting to cash out on them period.  I really benefit from the few I do and I hope things are not going to crash for these sites.

Cashcrate did not provide a substitute site.  The two are not affiliated with each other.

They do not owe you anything.  I guess their thinking is people need to get real jobs. lol

There are banners on THIS site for other PTC sites.  And the claims about how much money you can make are also false.

Some of these that are closing are "reliable sites".  It is like I said, the sites make money from ads.  If no one is clicking the ads and they are not making money they can't stay open.  They have costs they have to pay.

So as long as the ptc on Fusion Cash continues to have us click on a sponsored ad to the left, before we earn our 15 cents, we can feel pretty confident that Fusion Cash has the system set up so that it will not go bankrupt.

Hopefully Fusion Cash will continue to be reliable and responsible in that regard.  The small tasks that we do here are not only easy but are also what keep the site going.

EarningStation is giving me the run-a-round.  Deep into a survey, I get DQ'd and this never happened before.  Unless you are really close to the $25 cash out, I suggest do NOT waste your time.

I was fortunate to keep my streak going every 10 days to earn $3.50 so I was right under $50. I cashed out at $25 on the 1st and another $25 on the 3rd. Now I have a 0 balance. so I am done.

I only heard about it maybe 4 months ago or so. Someone posted a referral link on another site and I decided to check it out. I didn't think I was going to stay with it, but I did and have managed to cash out 3 times now. I need quite a bit to get to my last payout but they are trying to make it easier for the members before they shut down.

They said on FB that they are extending the time now so hopefully all members can do one more cash out before they shut down. I'm still over $15 away, but they also said they may connect with Paypal and just let us cash out what we have now through them if we want to. I'd like to get to $25, but since they took away videos it's going to be a stretch :(

I have had lots of problems with the surveys, but I learned to take a screen shot and send a support ticket/email and they have always given me the credit. That's one thing I must say they were very fair about, at least for me.

Clicking on the things on the left do not make FC any money.  There are ads on these sites and offers on these sites that if you participate you have to pay money.  If no one ever does any of these things the site is eventually going to be losing money. I know they do not make enough money on the surveys to make millions.

oldbuddy, they are allowing even more time now and they also said they are looking into maybe letting us cash out to Paypal, if we don't have enough for a regular cash out. And now we only get 9 cents because they took away the videos, darn it. I just continually run smores now through out the day and am on a whopping 2 day streak lol. And I'm trying to get 5 sign-ups for the $10 offer page. I don't really want all those sites, but if I get the $10, I'll be at $18.

Branded has been pretty good to me, but only because of the TV survey that I do almost every day. Without that and the daily poll, I wouldn't get much! But I can cash out about once a month. I am unhappy that they made the changes that they did though. I don't even try for the leader board, I don't have time to do their surveys all day.

How long does it take to cash out? I'm trying to work the site as hard as I can and want to make sure I can get my $25 before they shut down but if it takes a long time, I'll cry. I did set up my payment option as PayPal when I signed up.

It's not Earnings Station who did that. It's the survey companies that DQ after you're "deep" into a survey. I just had that happen again today on another site and it happens quite often lately. Survey companies want your input but don't want to pay. .

OK I can't talk about other sites shutting down anymore on here because FC just scared the bajeebies out of me!! I couldn't access anything here for 3 days and I was just sure they had gone belly up! I couldn't believe it! I kept thinking about how we'd been talking about ES shutting down and I thought we had jinxed ourselves!! Even on FC's Facebook page, when I clicked on the website link, it came up as a domain for sale!! But I was still getting the daily email, which I took as a maybe, just maybe, they will be back!! Even though I couldn't make use of the email, as every which I tried, I could not access FC anywhere! Thank you for returning FC and I'm sorry for my harsh words on the FB page!!

Branded also seems a waste of time to me
Branded has been pretty good to me, but only because of the TV survey that I do almost every day. Without that and the daily poll, I wouldn't get much! But I can cash out about once a month. I am unhappy that they made the changes that they did though. I don't even try for the leader board, I don't have time to do their surveys all day.

I do the same thing on Branded.   Every now and then I also do a quick survey.  I cashout to PayPal every time I reach $10.  8)

With the massive active membership Fusioncash has, there is no way it could run for over a decade with no glitches and this is not the first time, but they have always come back very quickly. When you have been with them as long as I have, those thoughts will not disturb you at all.

That's a good way of looking at it.  Spending that extra time working on a stable site could earn you as much if not more.  This has been the thought process that I have taken when any of my earning sites ended up closing their doors - I spend more time working with opened doors.

When ES 1st announced shutting down around the 1st of May, I lost my earning streak.  I only needed about 7 cents that day, and in 2 more days would have got a $2.60 bonus.  I had already got 2 $25 Amazon GC's.   I was going to quit them then and fordeit my $3.70 balance, but in a couple of days desided to try smores tv, which never worked for me before but now it is crediting.   I also did the $10, 5 sign up sites offer.  I'm up to $18 now, so should be able to cash out 2 more times, for $25 a pop before it shuts down June 30th.    (So if you are close to $25, try smores videos and the $10, 5 site sign up offer.)

I am still doing it when I have time, but I am only up to $5 and my only hope is they change their mind. They have paid me $200 so I can't complain. I hope my dinking around this month at least added to their income.

Wow I'm right there with you, I have $24.57! I don't know whether to keep working on it after I cash out my $25 either, because they might let us keep anything we make that is below $25. If I do though, I won't spend a lot of time on it. I have completed so many surveys that I had to send a support ticket about because I didn't get credit, but the awesome thing is they always gave me the credit and many times gave me more than it was originally for!! Donna, in CS, is absolutely awesome, she's just the best! Quick to answer, very polite and always credited me. Now today, I completed one that I didn't get credit for, but I chose to not bug her about it, as it was only for $.07, and I'm so close to my $25 now, it just wasn't worth it. It's almost always through your-surveys, at the end it says "sorry, server error" or something to that effect. I hate those surveys through your-surveys, they just keep going around and around and around. So I probably won't even bother with them anymore.

I decided to just use Fusioncash (since they are the only one left that pays for DQ's), I mean why waste time if you probably won't even make a penny? When I turned 80 and my demographics suck, it seemed like the way to go. Then I spend my spare time getting traffic and promoting my passive income with no DQ's.

I am up to $23.30 on ES now, so I'll probably just stick to the quick 5 cents daily clicks to get to $25 and cash out one more time.   For a while they had smores tv videos crediting because there was ads available but now no ads and you make zero without them.

I wish someone would see how well this program runs and keeps loyal followers and buy it. I realize it probably doesn't make a fortune for the owners, but can't imagine that the advertising does not produce a steady profit.

I am only working on about 3 sites.  It is, to me, easier to make money if you focus on a couple sites instead of trying to do 15.  I am also spending less time on this because I am not wasting my life for a few pennies a day.

I have about $23.50 on May 26th,  so personally I'm just  gonna earn another $1.50, cash out and quit ES.   On the other hand if you qualify for a lot of surveys, (which I do not) I say go for another $25.   If you do make sure you do your quick daily cents, like daily poll or even keep your winning streak going, if you can.   Try smores tv under videos, if ads are available, you can earn a few cents an hour in the background, while doing other things.   Good luck to you!

I made it to cashout today, plus an extra 4 cents, lol, not sure how, but I have $25 coming now. I checked their blog and FAQ's, because if they would allow a cashout below $25 before they shut down, I was going to keep working on it every day. But there is a section specifically for their shut down info, and they said no, you have have a minimum of $25. I have decided to not try. I had pretty good success with surveys, but most didn't pay a whole lot and 9 times out of 10, I'd have to send a support ticket because I didn't get credit. And I ran Smores TV as often as I could, some days it helped out tremendously. I also noticed that after you ran smores for awhile, you would still get the 2 cent video credit, which helped a lot too. It will be really strange to not go there every day, but I'm going to focus on my other sites for awhile before I consider taking on a new one. Good luck everyone that's striving to get to cash out before they shut down!!

I was still doing good at smores, some days better than others. My problem was it would stop running videos and just kind of freeze, so I just did a refresh and it started again. Some days it took forever just to get 1 cent!

There are so many PTC sites that a lot of times it's hard to find a sponsor just for your site, especially if a company has already invested in so many to begin with that it is no wonder, just like with physical stores, websites are shutting down one by one.  Hopefully FC will be around long after the others have gone.

I was cash crate and cashed out only once before they shut down. It's too bad that Earning Station is closed down now and I hope there will be more and better paid to click sites to come up in their places. I think the nature of PTC sites is such that doesn't lend to them always staying open or being the most reliable. For me the best online earnings site has been amazon mturk so far in terms of the fastest way to make income. Plus with the amazon name behind them I don't see them closing down anytime soon.

I was accepted to Amazon Turk but decided against it when they asked for my social security number before I could even start working.  And then if you read the fine print any 10-99 will come from the individual that sends out the job not Amazon.  SO they pass your social security number on to them.  And contrary to what it says on the site the 1099 goes out if you earn $600 not $10,000.  Heck if you could make $10,000 before you had to turn it in nobody would be paying income tax.

Then upon further reading it is like this site where you can do the work and then they can reject your work or answers and you do not get paid.  I still find if laughable they say at the beginning of the survey there are no right or wrong answers but then they can reject your answers if they do not like the way you answer the question.  So obviously there ARE right and wrong answers.

That is what turned me off to the Mturk opportunity when I was looking into it a few years ago.  I don't want to give out my SSN.  There are other earning sites that I'm a member of that don't ask for that piece of personal information.  I'm comfortable with what I've been doing.

If you go over $600 you will have to give it to this site.  I have provided it to one site that I went over on.  That would not be a big deal. But from what I gathered Amazon Turk gives the social to the person actually paying.  So anybody who puts a job on Amazon Turk would get your SS# if they ask for it.

So then you would need to go over $600 with each contributor or even $1 if they choose to turn it in.  They can if they pay you.

And they were saying you have to make over $10,000 before it has to be turned in which did not make sense because that is not true.  Too much just did not add up so I opted against it.

FC has not been my top earning site for about a year now (ever since all my survey options were revoked). I still try every day, but there are just no offers and TAP does not DQ credit me. Cashcrate was my secondary site before they shut down. I still do Inbox Dollars. I started Treasure Trooper after Cashcrate shut down and I have already earned over $140. Cashout threshold is $20 and they do PayPal, usually get around the same time of month as FC.

As far as Get Paid To sites to finance my other online activities, I have never found anything that even comes close to Fusioncash, so I don't spend time I could use here.

Never heard of it.  I'm using inbox and swagbucks.  These three sites are enough to keep me busy.  Hope we don't lose them too.

It's not a good sign that so many sites are feeling the crunch an closing down...

I think it's just a natural weeding the garden effect, so it's good for me. Every time one gets shutdown it means that many dumped members are looking for a better way and become prime prospects for Fusioncash (if they live in the USA or Canada)

You have to apply like a job.  And you have to give your social security number for tax purposes right off the bat before you can start "working".

i wonder why so many sites are shutting down. I lost money when cash crate closed.

If the site does not make money it will close.  There have been sites open for years that have closed.  It is like this site, there are a couple that want to get all mad and say this site can never close, but YES it can.  And when more and more things do not work and there are less and less opportunities to make a few coins then it makes you wonder.  One of the biggest ways they make money is through ads on the site and offers. If no one signs up for the offers then they site doesn't make money.  It is easy to understand.

If all you do is the totally free stuff and that is all anybody does then the site will not make as much money.  They do make money off every survey we take. But they make more money when people sign up for offers through their site.  The same with us making money off referrals.

On Cash Crate, we had plenty of time knowing they were closing.  We had 2 months warning.  I worked hard and cashed out the end of the first month. Then I quit because I did not think I could make enough to cash out again before the site closed down.

Some of the sites are also merging. OR basically one sells out to the other.  I think that is part of the deal with Cash Crate.  Or maybe they were just paid to refer people over to the other two sites they sent people to.

For me it wasn't a big deal.  It was harder to make money on it.  Some say they done well on there.  I do better on here and another site than any where else.  If I tried hard I could cash out every month but it took a lot of time.

I never have spread myself thin by signing up on a number of sites.  I didn't see the logic in keeping up with a dozen GPT sites, just speaking for myself.  It seemed like it would take up more of my time to do that.  I guess I've lucked out by concentrating on the few that have survived thus far.

If there ever comes a time where I go over $600.00, I would gladly give the necessary information.  As of right now, I stay under the radar so there is no need to give my SSN.

The vast majority of members on any of my earning sites are not earning $600.00 a year.  Most of the sites I work are not set up for that unless there is a referral program with an active down line.
