Defiantly!  With 118 degrees outside, (103 right now)  it gets about 100 degrees after dark which is "nice".. Do everything at night and stay up late!

i don't stay up late. i am in bed around 10. i am definately a morning up by 5am or earlier!i love to watch the sunrise. :rainbow: :peace: :wave:

I do both, went to bed just after midnight and up at 4 AM today.

do stay up late babout 1am not tired before that. sleep till 8 or 9.

In bed around midnight and back up at 6 AM to get ready for work.  Have never really slept more than 6 to 7 hours a night

I do prefer late nights, I get more done when its quiet and calm and everyone is sleeping

I prefer to sleep early and wake up in the early 2-3 am to work...

I am usually up all night but then I sleep most of the day. It just seems like things work best this way.

I am mostly a night person, but usually in bed before 12, in early mornings I'm up to read my Bible like in the 2 or 3 mornings, then try and go back to sleep, which isn't easy. I am one of  those people who can't get to sleep easily.

For me, I go to bed late...and wake up early in the morning. I find that, in the 2 - 3 hours after I get home from work, I am SO lazy. But I am more active in the wee hours of the morning (when I wake up). I know. Weird.

I like to stay up late but I do both on occasion all depends on what is going on. I am not a morning person but I some times go to bed really late and then get up 2 to 4 hours later but then that makes some days miserable but yet I grin and bear it and keep going.

I stay up late on my tablet about 1am then sleep till 9 or so. don't have to get up for a job or kids so in the habit of staying up late

Since it's winter now, can" early to bed and early to rise" without the awful heat midmorning.  It gets to 118 degrees here and I try to sleep thru it and stay up late in the summer.

Sleep early and wake up early is the best practice  :) :) :)

it all depends. on weekends i will stay up late but during the week, i go to bed early

I'm in bed by 11pm and up at 7am. I haven't stayed up past midnight on purpose in a long time.
