Title: I hit the Tap DQ wall
Post by: kjstrukel on February 12, 2020, 03:51:36 am: Despite my best efforts, I hit the "wall" of DQs on Tap and now I am not getting the bonus pennies until I qualify again for a survey. :( Wish me luck!

This is the first time TR didn't come through for me. The day before I had completed 2 surveys. Does this mean I won't get my PTC for a while because it's so rare that I ever qualify for any survey on any site?

I have recently done well with qualifying for and completing political surveys. The last time I reached the limit, I got back to earning the disqualification bonuses the same day. I hope you get back to earning the disqualification bonuses soon. Just keep trying.

I have not heard of that either. Sometimes, this time of year, Tap has problems with not crediting.

Post by: berthabutt on February 15, 2020, 09:35:34 pm: I have certainly been there with not getting DQ'd cents for Tap. I am back to getting them now though. Today I qualified on my first Tap try for 57 cents, (I usually don't make that much on 1 Tap survey, more like 12 or 16 cents). I stopped working Tap for today after I earned that and have been stopping for the day lately after I earn 5 cents or more for the PTC. I think this is keeping me from hitting that "WALL", where I no longer get DQ'd cents.

Post by: am28slone on February 16, 2020, 04:06:26 pm: I had that happen to me a couple of weeks ago but it started working again. however, i think that is a risk we take in doing surveys, not every one of them is a winner. I am thankful when they credit, but I am used to most of them not being approved. Just be patient and stick with it and it will work again.

It's when you quit getting Tap DQ cents because you have not qualified for a Tap survey in a while.

Yes, that's what makes Tap Surveys so nice for us who have a hard time making the 5 cents. Of course FC DQ'd cents still count as bonus $ and don't help toward the 5 cents needed for PTC.

I wonder why though. If Tap DQs can count towards our non-bonus earnings, why can't FC survey DQs count too? I wonder if it's because the FC survey DQs are paid out of FC's own pocket while Tap DQ is paid through Tap Research.

I haven't done hardly any tasks for quite some time now.

I do the same. I use Tap to get my 5 cents (even if it's all from DQs) and then I stop, even though I could probably earn more and faster if I kept trying to DQ. I don't want to hit the DQ wall because I might need to rely on Tap for the daily 5 cents in the future.

Post by: pstovall on March 10, 2020, 12:26:09 pm: The one good thing about the disqualification wall is that Tap Research does provide lots of surveys with which to get reinstated! It's just a matter of putting in the effort to requalify. I was able to complete a eighteen cent-er today about travel to Sarasota, Florida!
