We are here for you and committed to keeping our stores open to serve you.
Beginning March 21, Petsmart store hours of operation are 9 a.m. ‐ 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. ‐ 7 p.m. on Sundays.
However, after much consideration of the best interests for our customers and associates, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our grooming salons starting March 21.
If you have a previously scheduled appointment, we regret that we will have to cancel it. We will be in touch to let you know when the salon will open again.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you and your pets soon.

You can always get a Flowbee and do it yourself! I haven't been to the salon in at least 10 years. :)
It looks like I'm going to have to figure out how to groom a giant furry dog now too.

With Illinois now on demand to shelter in place we are all going to look the same. Lucky grocery stores and other essential store are still able to be open

Think it is a good idea to look after our pets during this time. One of my dogs looks a little shaggy but hopefully soon she can get groomed.

It is logical that everything closed due to the pandemic and I consider this to be absolutely normal.
Anyway, the company will resume its business when everything is safe, but now and at home, we can take care of our animals. Personally, I have a chinchilla and I love it enormously. The only problem I had with him was that I didn't know how keeping chinchillas quiet at night (https://chinchillacaregroup.com/do-chinchillas-like-to-be-alone/) but I already solved this problem.
I hope you are all well and so are your pets."

:-\ The groomers who do my pup are open but you drop off outside, and they call you to pick up when they are done. Not
unreasonable at all. I've only gone once since this started, and opted to bathe him at home myself.
