Many members, myself included, are having difficulty earning 5 cents to be allowed to do the next day PTC. There are few videos available. TAP Research is no longer paying us. We often do not qualify for available surveys or do not get credit for surveys that we complete. I and others are bad with Tasks.
Until there are more opportunities to earn 5 cents after doing our last PTC, I suggest that the requirement to earn 5 cents be eliminated.

I agree with this. At least until they fix Tap Research. Once Tap is fixed, I wouldn't mind earning 5 cents daily to qualify for PTC.
-
I agree also.
-
I also agree. I have just barely been making it to do PTC and now I am running out of options. Please lift the five cents requirement for PTC until other opportunities are added or Tap Research is crediting again, please.

It's been days since I have been able to get my $0.05. Even the coupons won't print for me now.

I believe this is a good idea with what seems to be happening here on Fusion. I think some of this is the coronavirus and business having less income to expend on things like this so get ready to earn just a little each day. I'm not even sure there is anybody at the helm here anymore on Fusion!

Only reason I've been getting them is from FC email survey invites...

Imagine how EZ it is to get 5 cents from taking a bottle or can back.
Subjecting yourself to this now????
LONG live the Forum!!!

Many businesses are trying to help their workers during this crisis so I think it would be a noble gesture on the part of FC to do it as well. :star: That being said, I scored an FC survey today which is almost a nonexistent happening for me so I'm good for today.
However, since it has been more challenging to get our five cents every day, perhaps we could consider that making the attempt, though difficult, might make us more perseverant and appreciative of getting it done. I'm just sayin'.

I agree. Nothing is crediting so they need to eliminate the 5 cent rule until things are fixed.
-
It does take a lot longer, but so far I haven't missed any days. Of course it wouldn't hurt my feelings if it got easier.

I will be months cashing out at this rate

Just keep in mind that this too will pass. I have been an active member her for many years and there is not any other website that surpasses this one for reliability.

that would be a really nice gesture of the company. I am barely squeaking in a survey to get my 5 cents. I do other sites and I like this one, but I count on TAP.

I have to agree with you especially with TAP not crediting, not getting any videos except the coupons which has not credited in over a week and still having a problem to access FC surveys for over a year and no reply to support tickets.
-
I totally agree with you. I have only missed I believe 2 but still that is 2, 2 many and at this rate there will be more to come. >:(

I have seen slumps here more than once and they always recover, so I just take it all in stride and keep clicking away.

Given all that is going on, I would support that idea even if only for a short while.

That would be nice. I have trouble getting five cents some days. Not enough options.

I think this is a reasonable solution for this site. Waiving the 5¢ requirement shouldn't be a big deal on a temporary basis. But I don't know what that might involve in accomplishing that from an internal (programming on this site) perspective? The page that calculates what you have to date towards your 5 pennies would need to be changed or deactivated. Or, can this page be removed at all?

Changing that feature would not be hard. Just a matter of doing it. I don't see it happening. This site seems to be on it's way out like the rest of them.

I have to agree with the OP. Until certain glitches can be addressed, I think the $0.05 requirement should be waived. It is difficult enough that we are ineligible to cash-out until we have accumulated $15.00 in bonuses (which the $0.05 requirement satisfies). But when it is difficult to reach this requirement, it takes longer (at least for me) to cash-out. Currently, I have $45.00 and I cannot cash-out because I only have $12.90 in bonuses. Ugh.

I think you have your requirements mixed up. You need a minimum of $15 in OFFERS, or as the page states:
There are two balance requirements for cashing out:
Your balance must be at least $25
And, at least $15 of your balance must come from non-bonus credits
So you can cashout your $45 right now if you like.

I would vote yes, to For Now, Eliminate the Required 5 Cents for Next PTC....yes
