Title: The Big 50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today's my 50th birthday & I'm both happy & Sad! It just freaks me out to see how I'm now half a century old! It just feels like in a blink of an eye & now bang, I'm half way closer to death! I'm happy with all the greetings I received from relatives & family friends even online face book friends that I don't really know! This distancing laws we have to obey, is not really bad for me because, I'm an Simi-antisocial person so, lol things are just fine with not getting to close to others! So, I guess congratulation to me, I just survived another year on this very infected planet we call Earth! :peace: :heart:

I know, easier said than done, especially in light of this pandemic, but I am thankful for every birthday that passes. I get better with age anyway, LOL.

I'm already 63.....but fortunately, I feel 40. I have the energy and spunk of a 40 year old too. I tell my kids that I refuse to get old! Happy belated birthday to you. I know time flies so much. For instance I can't believe I'm turning 38 this Month. I have learned to be thankful as your age doesn't defy you. Have a blessed beautiful day mmmmmm ya.

I often act like I am 15 instead of 50; but there are also days when I feel like I am much older than 50. So I guess you just take the good with the bad. I am thankful that the "feeling old" days are usually limited to when I overdo things in hte days before and not a permanent regular thing.

For the first time, I, too, really felt like I was starting to get older. Well, now I am in my early 70s and realize, looking back, that the 50s were still a good decade. In fact, between me and you (LOL) I met a guy when I was 51 who was 10 years younger and we dated for some time. So there is still a lot of life left. Happy Birthday!!!
