im not,lol.

I am not sure if I am or not. I just know I do not enjoy arguing. I am usually the first one to end a discussion if I feel it may turn into an argument. I would not make a good lawyer.
-
I rarely win the discussions with my wife for example....sometimes you must lose for peace LOL!
-
No. I am not good at winning an argument.
I am good at losing an argument! If I do not win,
I do not fight it. It is waste of my time.

This is a tricky question to answer. Depends on the person who I'm talking to. If its my friends usually yes. Family no they not so easy to win an argument against.

I've loved watching movies and shows about lawyers since I was a kid. Because competent arguments always help in life. I debate all the time and with everyone, it gives me pleasure. And in general, I think it develops your brain a lot, because you learn to think faster and express your thoughts more clearly. I once went to a court hearing with a very talented lawyer https://www.rflaw.net/practice-areas/personal-injury/medical-malpractice/. It was a case about my aunt's accident. I was so impressed by his ability to argue using the law that I wanted to become a lawyer myself. In short, I think winning an argument is something you can learn.

Most of the time i don't argue with people (i don't like to) i try to stay away from drama :rainbow:

I try not to argue with people so no
-
No, whether its with a rational or irrational person but I have noticed that the individuals I have argued with tend to stonewall or engage in ad hominem attacks or quite frankly are being combative just for the sake of arguing and it is in the those instances that I'd say I win because unlike them, I'm actually trying to argue the point of contention.

The bible says let your yes mean yes and your no mean no.
You cant go wrong seeing how Jesus felt about it.

I try not to argue, especially with someone who thinks they know it all.
-
Depends on who the person is or how strongly I feel about something.

i try not to argue, but a good discussion is ok as long as it's not spiteful or gets out of control.
