Several states have lifted the mask mandate. Did your state lift theirs? Are you still wearing a mask outside?
-
Not sure what our level is, but I wear it sometimes.
-
I live in Texas and our Governor lifted the mask mandate but I'm choosing to continue to wear my mask for the unforeseeable future!
-
We are in the northeast and we are wearing the mask regularly - can't wait until I am eligible for the vaccine
-
Yes, I always wear my mask, wash my hands and maintain social distance. My state has not lifted the mask requirement.
I want to be as safe as possible so I will continue to wear my mask until this virus is under control and no longer a threat.
:rose: :rose: :rose: :rose:
-
Yes we are still wearing mask, not sure if our mandate has been lifted yet or not. Will continue to wear for a while even after it lifted.
-
Yes, my state has not lifted the no mask rule.
-
Yup, unless no one's around...I have received both vaccine doses too (will be past the 2 week point this Friday)
-
Yes I wear it when I go out, other than in my back yard
-
YEs, my state still have the mandate, but I will wear it even after they lift the mandate, until it is completely safe to be without it.
-
I mean I kind of have to as there are certain places that make it clear that you can't come inside unless you are wearing a mask.
-
:cat:
Still have a mask order in place here. Most store employees' are wearing them and I feel safer with mine on nowadays!
-
I am still wearing my face mask because
my State still has that mandate.
-
I will continue to wear a mask in public for quite some time, until I feel it's safe to leave it off. At this point, I'm not sure I'll ever feel safe again.
-
Yes, I wear my mask every time I go out in public. The only time I do not wear my mask is when I am outside near my home, but I carry one just in case someone comes up to me talking about something.
-
I never wear my mask outside or when I'm driving my car. ::) I think that is the height of stupidity. I only wear the mask into places that firmly state you must wear a mask to enter a building. Then I take it off as soon as possible.
I hope they stop mandating masks before I have to kill myself. It's like I'm living in an alternate universe that is upside down and backwards. I still firmly believe that it should be left up to the individual whether or not to don a mask. It's unconstitutional, you know.
After all, if you want to wear a mask, I think that's your prerogative. But I don't think that, as a healthy person, I should be required to wear one. And I don't appreciate you mask shaming me for not wearing one if you're wearing one. You're protected, aren't you? ???
This virus is an excuse to see how far the government can run our lives. We've never before gone to these lengths to protect ourselves from a virus. Using proper sanitary precautions should be enough protection for us all just as it's always been. Healthy people can survive the virus. It has a really low death rate, for Pete sake. Stay home if you're sick is good advice, but don't lock us all down forever. It's ruining a lot of lives and businesses. Such a shame! :'(
-
No my state hasn't lifted and I wear a mask and face shield. Same with work. It's federally mandated to wear it at work.
-
An ancient book of wisdom says: “The shrewd one sees the danger and conceals himself.”—Proverbs 22:3.
-
My state still has the mask mandate. Even if they didn't, I would still wear my mask around people I don't know especially when shopping.
-
our state still has a mask mandate.Ithink untill more people get the vaccine i will continue to wear a mask in public. :rainbow: :peace:
-
I'm still wearing my mask even tho I've had both shots several weeks ago
-
Not really. For the few places that require one I do but most places I don't need one.
-
I hope they stop mandating masks before I have to kill myself.
I don't like wearing a mask either, but c'mon... ::)
This virus is an excuse to see how far the government can run our lives. We've never before gone to these lengths to protect ourselves from a virus.
I'm pretty sure they had mask mandates and business/school closings during the 1918 pandemic too.
-
We still have a mask mandate in my state. I'm eligible for a vaccine now, but the appointments book up before you get a chance to schedule one. I don't really want to get the vaccine, but I'm pretty sure my boss will require it. My boss has been very concerned and cautious about Covid.
-
I wear a mask when I go out to public places, but that is rare. I had the first shot and will get the second when I can, but I don't mind the mask so I keep wearing one just in case.
-

Exactly. It amazes me and how "maskers" and those wearing a face diaper think they can call others names for not wearing mask but get all butthurt if they are made fun of or called names for wearing a mask. It goes both ways. I don't care if others wear a face diaper but like you said you have no right to as you said try to shame me for not having one on. I have only had one person say something to me for not having a mask on. I told her "I don't wear a mask" and the look in my eyes told her not to push it any further and she did not.
As I stated before if it is absolute mandate (the dentist and the vet) I did comply. Just while inside the building.
And you are also 100% correct - it is all about control. And it is amazing at how easily so many were brain washed and just lined up like sheep heading to the slaughter house. This is a virus. Nothing more. Yes it has killed a few people. But so does the flu.
I am thankful I am not gullible and living in fear. And as far as "shaming" me - that does not and will not happen. I have been on the receiving end of a few looks but I can throw them back. Just hide behind your mask and keep moving. Like you said you got your protective thin piece of material over your face so you are protected. Like a girl at work's daughter told somebody - You worry about your face and let me worry about mine. lol
-
Yes and will continue to do so after I take second dose of vaccine next week, will take off when the public health experts deem it is safe to do so. They have just become a part of my regular routine when leaving the house; but like everyone will be happy when we can finally remove.
-
I don't even know about my state and I rarely go out somewhere I need a mask but if I do to pick up food or get gas yes I most certainly wear a mask.
-
I thought I heard that our governor lifted our mask mandate but it makes no difference anyway, every store still asks that you wear a mask to enter, so I do.
-
:cat:
The govt mask mandate has been lifted here, but the private sector remains with signs posted at every entrance that masks are mandatory to enter.
-
We have no mask mandate, I have had my vaccine, but still wear a mask when in public.
-
Yes. We live in an area with a mask mandate.
-
Yes, I still wear my mask. I do not want to take any chances.
-
Yep, keeps everyone safe.
-
Absolutely, and I will continue to do so even though the mandate has been lifted.
-
My state has lifted it and I wish they hadn't, this can't be good.
Yes, my state has not lifted the no mask rule.
-
I have an extra in my glove compartment.
Yes, I wear my mask every time I go out in public. The only time I do not wear my mask is when I am outside near my home, but I carry one just in case someone comes up to me talking about something.
-
Yes, we are still wearing our mask every time we go out in public
-
Our mandate has been lifted but I continue to wear my mask. Better safe then sorry.
-
Yes, I wear it whenever I leave the house and will continue to do so probably for a long time.
-
I always wear my mask when out and about. I think it's quite irresponsible of anyone when they don't wear their mask. In some states, when the ok was given for stores etc. to open up, the number of positives rose and more deaths happened. So the owners had to close up again.
-
have to plus i ddiabetic
-
I don't know if FL did or didn't but I see a lot of people still wearing one. I rarely go out but to pick up food curbside but if I am going to come face to fact with someone I put on a mask.
-
Yes. My state still has a mask mandate. I have received my first shot and will receive my second shot at the end of April. I will still wear my mask because you don't know who has had their shots.
-
Sometimes, but not to church, outside, or other people's houses. Just to get groceries.
-
Yes we are still wearing our mask, every wear.
-
I never liked wearing mask because it seems suffocating and restrictive and the cloth ones still do. I use the disposable ones because I can tolerate them better and it has become a part of my everyday routine.
-
I wore one today when I picked my grandkids up from school.
-
I still do anytime I go out in public. :turkey:
-
I don't even know if Florida lifted ours but I am still wearing mine. When I go to do curbside food pick up at Publix or Walmart most every one has one on or is carrying one.
-
YES, unfortunately I am still wearing the masks, and hope it ends soon...
-
My states lifted it but because the state has lifted the mask doesn't mean the stores have. Mostly all stores here still require masks its there right to do so. Keeps us safe because covids not over yet til there are no cases
-

::) THEIR smh
A lot of stores in my area have a sign on the door but most people ignore it and nobody says a word. You are confusing. You say things one way in this thread and another in a different thread. Covid is a new strain of the flu. It is NOT deadly. Yes some people die. People die every year with the flu and respiratory viruses.
My state never had any kind of mandates requiring masks (a few counties had their own mandate - mine did not) and there was never any kind of lock down.
-
I only wear a mask if the places I need to go require one. Most of the docs around here only allow the patient in their office and you have to call them when you get to their office. You cannot go in without an invitation or even someone to meeting you outside to accompany you into the building. Some nurses are wearing a double mask.
-
Yes, I am continuing to wear my mask when I go out in public.
-
yes, I still wear my mask in public and will continue to do so for quite some time.
-
I do wear it every time I go out, follow social distancing policy! Even though this mouth I’ve successfully completed my 2 vaccine requirements, I will continue to wear it & follow pandemic policies & procedures! I believe in my rights as a proud American but I refuse to stupidly die bc of that pride sticking up my *bleep*! MASK UP 🇺🇸 AMERICA! Follow Darwin’s rules; that right, survival of the fittest!😉
-
Damn straight I am.
-
I'm still wearing my mask, not letting my guard down.
-
I’m fully vaccinated but will wear a mask indoors. I don’t wear it outside or if I am in a small group of people who are fully vaccinated. If I go into any store, yes definitely I will wear one. Say what you want about COVID but it is a respiratory problem,, I have COPD which is a respiratory disease and I am taking no chances. Call me whatever you want, I don’t care what you wear or think, I must and will do what’s best for me.
-
I am vaccinated but still wear it when I am supposed to but not as concerned as I was a few weeks ago.
-
Yes, some business still require us to wear the mask, while inside...
-
My state of texas has lifted the mask mandate but Id rather use a mask til this covid garbage is over. I'd rather be safe then sorry
-

😷 😷 😷 😷
You can't be certain the variants of this virus are stopped by the vaccines, so yes, better safer than sorrier!
-
My state did lift the mask mandate, but there are still some stores that require it. When I go in these stores I wear my mask.
-
I am fully vaccinated now, but still wear my mask. I thought the extra protection makes sense, better for me and others around me.
-
My State had not lifted their ban. I still wear my mask. If they were to lift the ban. I would still wear my mask.
-
No..My state lifted bans...Drs are the only ones in town now wearing masks
-

You do not believe the vaccine will stop this big bad virus but you think a thin piece of cloth will? I don't even know how to respond to something like that. lol

If you've ever been sneezed on you would believe a mask can be of help! And.. standing in a store aisle shopping for cold and flu or even viatmins, this has happened to me more than once!
-
No..My state lifted bans...Drs are the only ones in town now wearing masks
Good one! LOL
-
Yes, I am still wearing my mask and will continue to because there are idiots who are not wearing a mask even when the scientists state that everyone should still wear the mask.
-
Yes, still wearing it and plan to continue wearing them. Some places still require them so I have no problem with it.
-
wear it in stores and work. when npo one around take it off
-
I haven't worn it the whole time, except for medical buildings.
-
Some places still require us wearing a mask. went to the Drs yesterday and I needed to wear one
-
Yes, I am still wearing my mask where ever that I go. I do not want to take any chances.
-
I am not wearing a mask unless I go to a DRs office and it is required.
-

Yes I do, don't leave home without it.
-

-
no..im fully vaccinated and do not wear it...i do if i go to the dr because they require it..but if a place doesnt require it im not wearing it...
-
In July here the are going to require everyone over 2 to wear one to go in for DR. appt.
-
yep in case i sneeze
-
It has been mostly lifted here, but some stores etc continue to ask you to wear. So I am keeping it handy.
-
My State you don't have to wear your mask if you have gotten your covid shot( i still wear my mask )
-
I am when I go to the store, but I'm unmasked at church.
-
No matter what others do, yes I am wearing my mask. There are idiots out there who have removed their mask and not understanding that it is still possible to test positive because there are others who think exactly like them.
-
Absolutely! The mandate says we don't have to if we got vaccinated but even if I did I still would.
-
I don't blame you; I would do the same.
I live in Texas and our Governor lifted the mask mandate but I'm choosing to continue to wear my mask for the unforeseeable future!
-
Yes when I'm in public places. I volunteer at a soup kitchen and they still require wearing one by the clients and workers and I'm ok with that.
-
Only in places where I have to, dentist and doctor offices. Airport etc. Otherwise no , most of my family is already fully vaccinated.
-
You may take off your mask if you are vac. but some requires the mask here. I wear my mask.
-
My state lifted it for if you have had your shot you don't have to wear a mask and if you didn't get your shot you have to wear a mask ( i always wear my mask)
