In your life thus far, how many people would you say (that you've met or gotten acquainted with enough) that you just don't really like as a person?

I pretty much like everyone I meet; some more than others. :icon_rr:
Now when it comes to certain men who come into office ostensibly as president, I can garner lots of animosity towards them. :bad:

there are a few people i have disliked in life but most people are ok. some think their better then the rest of us. they know who they are.

Right now the only person I dislike is my step grandson's girlfriend. She is pregnant and my daughter who is the stepmother is also pregnant. The girlfriend is jealous and just plain mean. She has said some things to my daughter that upset her and are not true.

I dislike my uncle. My mothers brother. He hurt me for nothing. He said some things to me and I almost knocked his head off until my son grabbled me. He is the Crazy uncle type that says stuff and is extremely mean. He called me and apologized and I accepted his apology but I cannot forget how he made me feel. I'm the type of person who doesn't bother anyone and the hurtful things that came out his mouth had me bewildered. Once someone hurts me to that compacity I never forget it. I just stay away from you.
I hate to hear the OH, He's your Uncle nonsense. Well guess what, you will respect me, it goes both ways and I will not give you another opportunity to hurt me again.

Based on some of these comments, maybe its me (which to an extent it is) because I could list at least 16 people I hope to never see again and don't have good lives but I'm sure if you guys got to know some of them, you'd definitely dislike them well.

Oh I do understand you, I honesty do! I have at least 3 people that I know of that I hope to never see again,

I have only disliked a few people in my life time.

At my age I don't waste my time disliking people

The people I dislike don't deserve any energy from me

I don't have many people whom I dislike. Now there are those that makes me want to scream at, but that's not dislike. That is getting on your last nerve. ;)

Less than a handful for me and I am trying to learn the lesson to forgive or let go of those that I dislike. It's of no help to hold on to those that you dislike as it takes up mental energy and drains your energy.

I choose to just choose to not deal with unpleasant people, I don't want to die having hatred in my heart towards anyone; my religion teaches that jeopardizes my chances of getting into heaven. But those that I don't vibe with I just reason with myself that they need more time to grow.

Some people I really don't understand but I don't really "not like" people...I try to get along with everyone, which doesn't mean I have to be "best friends" or hang out with everyone all the time...

Well, I do dislike a few people, and I guess that the feeling is mutual from others....

Normally I like everyone. But there are some exceptions in which people have pushed the wrong button in me were I have some distain for them and be like when i see them go away

I dislike people who monopolize posting sites, like janesue.
Wish she would go away or curb her enthusiasm a bit. :-\

Honestly there arent a lot of people that I actually like. I try to get along with people, but I prefer to be left alone. So I guess that means I really dont like very many people.

When I reflect back in my life, I would say there are 2-3 people that I have come to dislike over the years and I can't get passed it. Glad to hear others that have come to like almost everyone they come across with.

I don't dislike anyone, but I don't indulge in a conversation with said person. Not really going to waste my energy on anyone.

There is not anyone in my life that I dislike. I might not like some of the things that they do, but I don't dislike them. If you are christen you shouldn't dislike anyone.

I (unfortunately) dislike a few people due to circumstances beyond my control but I don't dislike anyone bad enough to wish harm on them.
