Who enjoys eating it in the mornings? Any preferences for type?
I have found myself eating it more regularly lately and seem to be losing a little weight

Oatmeal. Yay! Plain for me. I find it helps me stay healthy, too!

Only if its instant and flavored.

We have it at least once a week with brown sugar and dried apples.

I do like oatmeal. i like the quick oats with lots of cinnamon!
However, i can't have it often because it has too many carbs for me. :rose: :rainbow: :peace: :wave:

I eat the oatmeal my mother use to make me when I was younger....Quaker Oats, Old Fashioned Oatmeal!

Do not like oatmeal, I try to eat it but cannot .

I like steel cut oats with fruit like blueberries.

I eat it for breakfast occasionally (usually in colder weather) and put it in stuff sometimes because it's supposed to be good for you.
When I eat it as a cereal, I load it up with fruit and nuts and flax seed and sugar and cream. It's pretty yummy that way. No, really.

I eat the original oatmeal.

I love to have it a little with cream and brown sugar. I have it a few times a week for breakfast, and every once in a while for dinner.

I have it just about every morning with dried cranberries sprinkled in a bowl before I pour it in.

I like the instant flavored packs. But don't eat them more than a coupe times a year.
