No shortages in WNC. I don't like turkey anyway, but wasn't aware of any shortages.

I have seen plenty of turkeys in grocery stores, but the price has gone up.  Of course everything is going up.  Before long people are not going to be able to afford food.

I got chicken breast for Thanksgiving because my oven on my stove went out on me.  I have a airfryer as big as a micrwave and I bake in it but it is not big enough to cook a large turkey in.  I was going to boil the chicken breast but have decided to cut it in strips and coat with flour and fry it up.  My son went to the doctor today and his wife has it too.  So I put my chicken and ham in the freezsr.  All the rest will be ok till then.
