1. Observe the golden rule -- Treat others as you would like to be treated
This one is pretty obvious. This means NO flaming, NO derogatory remarks to other members or staff. I know it is an online forum, but behind everyone's screen name is a real human with real feelings. So please respect everyone, even if you do not agree with them, or get along with them.
What if I break this rule? You will be banned for a minimum of 14 days and in a severe case your FusionCash account will be closed and all money will be forfeited.
2. Respect our advertisers -- Do not discuss cancellation or post disparaging remarks
This is a big one. We rely on the relationship between ourselves and the advertisers and companies we work with to be able to bring you the best offers that are out there. We need our members to understand that the advertisers are paying you to be a member. Please do offers that you are interested in, and not just do them because it has a 20 dollar payout. I hear people all the time whining about an offer that did not credit, but if they were truly interested in the offer it would not be that big of a deal because they wanted the product/service to begin with and the cash they get back from that is just something on the side. As long as you respect our advertisers, you may state your honest opinion of them saying "This offer sucks!" or "This offer is a scam!" is not an honest opinion since it is speaking out of anger.

3. Do not paste links to other sites -- This means no referral links whatsoever
A rule that should probably be number one or number two on the list, because it seems to the be the one most broken. This forum is for FusionCash, not for you to see how many people you can get to your other site that you make money off of. It is not a forum for you to spam your link to your store, candle selling site, or any other site that you can make money off of others. If it is a video on YouTube, or a news story you wish to share with us, by all means share your link. But you should not post links to sites that you own, or in which you have a vested interest. We do not need people sharing links that contains links to other sites where the original poster can gain money from other members. Any link found that contains referral links will be taken down immediately, and the poster will be promptly banned. If you have a link and you are unsure if you can post it, please send in a support ticket or an email to support@fusioncash.com and I will be more than happy to look it over and let you know.
What if I break this rule? You will be banned from the forum and the website entirely, no questions asked, no second chances. People are taking advantage of this forum and it is no longer going to fly.
4. Understand that we cannot filter all of the content on the forums, so you may read or see something you don't like.
This isn't so much a rule as the others. We do believe in free speech, so if someone doesn't like the color purple and purple is your favorite color sorry. one thing iv noticed is the offers credit quickly and i do all my poayment stuff through paypal instead of checks because i can keep it secret from family then lol
and YALL are right Kohler is the Head cheese of this forum so plzz show him the same respect as u would to a God plz this way he wont get mad and shut down the forums lol

Well if you are lucky it will get credited to your acount with in a few minutes of compleating an offer. However some times it can take a while. If you are not lucky then some offers will not credit. I have set up a poll. Because recently Fusion Cash has decided to do away with the Manual Credit for offers that did not credit after 7 days. Fusion Cash is now saying that there is nothing that they can do if it does not credit to you r account in 30 days. Since this is not fair please come and vote YES that Fusion Cash should be responcible for the offers they place on there site. They should make sure that those who compleat offers do infact get paid for each offer they compleat and have proof they compleated.

If you do what you are supposed to and clear cookies and everything you should have no problem not getting your credit. The ones that credit your account out weigh the ones that do not by a wide margin I have done alot and im not going to worry about not getting 50 cents here or there

I have done alot of the offers as well and I always clear my cookies and then log back in to FC and do an offer and wait to be credited. However some offers just do not credt such as Netflix this was a $20.00 offer I still have not gotten credit for and alot of orthers have had the same problem happen. I just feel that FC should be responcible for all the offers they place on there site. They should make sure that every one who has proof they compleated an offer gets credit for the ovver no matter how much the offer is worth. This is why I created the poll and I think that FC should bring back the Manual Credit.

Netflix is not an instant charge. You must stay a member past the free trial and then you must pay for your first month. Everything can be avoided by reading the sites TOS that you visit, even here. Then you must wait an additional 30 days to credit until FC gets their credit.

I don't think it is FC's fault if the affiliates don't pay FC then why should FC be held responsible?? :dontknow: The proper thing I think would be after so many have been turned down perhaps FC should just STOP advertising for them to stop bringing more costumers!! of course this is just IMHO :thumbsup:

FC is'nt the one who got rid of Manual credit the advertisers did... that has always been on their end..... be lucky fc does do Manual credit for offers that pay a certain amount.. they don't have to do it at all... i for one would not pay someone for work they did if the people they did the work for said they did it wrong and was'nt going to pay me... sorry but it that were the case then everyone lets just sit back and stair at the screen..... it's work.. your using your eyes... ok now FC pay us! lmaooo.... sorry but i just find this whole thing funny

Ummmmmmmmmm I don't know if you saw how old this topic was but it was written quite a while ago. Since then the topic has long been put to rest. I think you should look at the age of a topic before posting.

I'm sorry but not only did they ignore the date/ etc but ever heard of spell check??? It's no wonder these people get upset- maybe they CAN'T read TOS-any way we can have an audio file auto play on sign up?

I was not credited for an instant order on spin cash 3/10/09. Since this is one of the larger payouts and I paid them money for a product, I am out quite a bit. Do not trust this offer. Apparently Fusino Cash does not do antthing if you are not credited - itt's just your tough luck.

I was just checking out the page that shows which offers I clicked on. Some say credited and some say not credited, but I know I completed them. Is there a reason for that?

Also to what that guy was saying about fc being responsible, i think that fc should probably cancel the ones once they realize theydont credit you, but its not really their fault if theyre unaware of it. its not fc its the offer.

there have been some offfers that i've done(well i think i've done what i was suppose to) that didn't credit to my account no big deal. as long as i can still make money on the other offers :)

how do i get the page on the site

I am new to FusionCash and have been happy so far with the set-up. I like that there are not pages and pages of offers to wade through. The offers are also different from other offers that I have seen in other programs. I do have one question though, the pay out rules state that $15.00 of the reward amount must be from offer acceptance. Is this for the first time payout only? Or for each time that I request a payout? I was unclear as to how this works. Please advise. Thank you so very much and have a great day!

I am trying to be a good FC surveyor. I can't figure out the Forum. How do I check replies to questions I post. And I spent 22 hours on FC and have $19.95 and no NEW SURVEYS being added. WHy? Am I doing something wrong. I see people with $200 or even $45 checks. How come I am not getting new surveys...I am being honest and filling out the advertisements correctly.

I agree that the rules are simple and clear cut....if you break the rules you must pay the price.
I also wish that all the offers would be credited. I complete them but don't receive credit for all of them. I never realized that there was a manual credit petition available at one time...wish I had, but, I would say that if a large number of FC members are not credited because the affiliates don't pay FC, then FC should ban them....it is hard sometimes to remain loyal to both members and vendors at the same time.
One question I have always had was, if you didn't receive credit for an offer, is there any point in trying them again? Does anyone know?

The rules appear to me to be very clearcut. As a new member, I can not think of any reason why I would want to violate the agreements/rules of this company. It is in my best interest to follow the rules, and I would only think that this would be how others would think.

Since doing surveys (not just FC ), I started to join other survey memberships too that sounded cool. Now, sometimes I get 1000 spam emails in my INBOX in just a few days! I get (R and X rated too) unsolicitated emails now. :angry7: I am not sure what they are or who they are from ...but I only recognize 1/4 as even related to legit products I may have inquired about over past months. :BangHead: Some emails I am afraid to click on to 'view' because they might have a 'virus' ! :crybaby2: Most go right to my SPAM folder, but I have to read through 100's of emails to make sure I don't delelte someting important. It takes time. :confused1: I think advertisers need to be respectful too of privacy and interests of inquirers. :dontknow: ...just a thought.

Netflix is not an instant charge. You must stay a member past the free trial and then you must pay for your first month. Everything can be avoided by reading the sites TOS that you visit, even here. Then you must wait an additional 30 days to credit until FC gets their credit.

I'm so new I didn't know that anyone paid for posts. What a great idea! I've read the rules and think they are totally appropriate for a public forum. From what I have read, Fusion Cash members seem very satisfied with the site. I've signed up with over 30 survey sites but this one appears to be the best organized and, but for a few glitches, looks like it pays out as promised. I look forward to making FC my first stop in the morning.(p1) :)

I totally agree that fusion should not be held responsible for non credited items once or twice but after that they should be removed if they are gonna make it right because they are stealing my time and fusion should not allow that.

I haven't been here very long, but I get credited almost daily. I haven't had any trouble (so far) getting credited. I do clear my cookies 2-3 times a day on my Mac. Don't know if that makes a difference or not. This is the best site I've EVER been on :wave:

Im not worried about it, as per say, spending any time fretting over it. But really, what are we here for? We are here to make money and get paid for spending time doing offers.
So if you make a post that says you didnt get paid for 3 offers then its OK.
But if I ask why I didnt get paid for 3 offers it becomes I wouldnt worry about that.
Some people are just so much more important than others here.
So thats really what the golden rule is.
Help a person figure out why the offers they spend time on dont pay. Thats the golden rule of it.
Not figuring out who is worth the worry and who isnt. Thats a put down frame of mind. And its not a golden rule frame of mind.
So is it only important for you to get all the credits for the time you spend. And not me, or someone else. Just cause you think it so.

I love the number one rule and I live by it as best I can, (I have human moments too ;)). Many people forget this rule and some fail to apply it in life. I have known this since my elementary school days.This was our number one rule as well. Good morality and training for the youth.

I also remember reading somewhere I don't remember who posted it but they said to also to make sure that you only do ones that you really want then if you don't get it you still got a good deal to begin with

read the rules if your confused....basically if you post 30 or more posts in a month (they have to be CONTRIBUTORY posts) you send in 3 of your message id's and they will give you 3 dollars but it takes awhile to get the cash because they have many to look at.

We really need those rules, especially the ones about being respectful of other members on the forum. I am a member of two other forums, and they say terrible things. On one forum, they gang up on you and another they cuss and talk vulgar. I try not to go to these unless I am desperate for an answer on something.

Well if you are lucky it will get credited to your acount with in a few minutes of compleating an offer. However some times it can take a while. If you are not lucky then some offers will not credit. I have set up a poll. Because recently Fusion Cash has decided to do away with the Manual Credit for offers that did not credit after 7 days. Fusion Cash is now saying that there is nothing that they can do if it does not credit to you r account in 30 days. Since this is not fair please come and vote YES that Fusion Cash should be responcible for the offers they place on there site. They should make sure that those who compleat offers do infact get paid for each offer they compleat and have proof they compleated.

IMO reposting the updated rules periodically isn't a bad thing...esp. for newbies like me. The rules make simple sense. In reading some of the responses it seems gaining a better understanding for how the site works is more the issue,,which will be better understood with more use and learning as we go, rather than an issue with the rules.
And seeing the comments about clearing cookies was a great reminder...thanks. That is something I often forget to do.

The point though is there are some offers that do not credit. So what I am saying is I do not care how much or how little the offer is for. All offers should credit if you compleat them and have proof that you compleated them. FC should be responcible to ensure all of us that we are not waisting our time. By them removing the Manual credit is saying to us Swim at your own risk and if you drown while we are sitting here watching we can not be held responcible. Look at it this way when you go to the Beach there are life guards to make sure no one drowns. If a life gaurd decided to just sit there and watch you drown who would be held responcable for your drowning? I would say the life gaurd be cause he or she didn't do her job or even make any effort to help save you. This is what FC is doing.

Netflix is not an instant charge. You must stay a member past the free trial and then you must pay for your first month. Everything can be avoided by reading the sites TOS that you visit, even here. Then you must wait an additional 30 days to credit until FC gets their credit.
I agree, I just recently got that Netflix free trial, nice quality, low price per month and friendly use. If you want any specific movies or shows, for additional $2 you can get DVD's as well. I am thinking to become a member.

Its unfortunate that although most of them are common sense "just plain courtesy" concepts, they still must be repeated again and again because some people just keep breaking them!! I especially agree with the rule about not posting links to other webpages that are not affiliated with the fusioncash website. It is confusing enough just to try and keep up with all the websites we have to visit from the main page, we really don't have time to endorse someone's personal get-rich-quick scheme (Hmmm, I wonder if there is a complaint forum already available regarding self endorsers...).
Anyhow, I think it's fair to assume that if you play by the rules, you are less likely to get played. Well, er... that is, as long as "playing by the rules" includes reading the fine print, completing all the necessary surveys, keeping logs of all your "risk-free" trials... sigh, wow, I guess there is more to it than I thought. Well, even if this fusioncash proves to be too much of a hassle (which judging from the forums, it shouldn't be) then at least we can say we gave it an honest effort :) .

I agree, respecting the advertisers is important and should be done. With all do respect, one thing I don't agree with is the statement about people whining about not being credited. I think most of the people here, including myself, are taking the surveys as a way to make extra money. I take surveys daily and spend a lot of my time doing so. Usually, until I am approved for the survey, I have no clue what it's for so it's not about believing in the product that I am taking the survey for at that point. I understand that not all surveys will credit, and that is ok but in return, without bashing the advertisers, I think people should be able to have a freedom of speech on their feelings regarding certain surveys.

In accordance to the rule that states people do offers just for money and you don't like to hear whining about people not getting their credits because they should still be happy they got the service is really rude in my opinion. Even if I WANTED the service, I still did all the surveys and all the work and deserve my credit. That's like saying people who enjoy their careers don't deserve their salary.
I'm sure that's not the message you were implying but it's what was sent off and it seems a bit disrespectful to all the people on here who do the surveys and answer truthfully and spend hours and hours each day doing so, in order to provide for their family dont you think?

Robles36, for a newbie, I think you are doing great. I have been here a couple of months and your banner is the first I've noticed that hadn't had a payout first! You obviously are figuring all this out quite well! I thought you had to be paid before you could make the banner. I learned something! And up above your post I saw another person that hadn't received a payout, but had made a banner. I'll have to check that out. I DID get credit for following FC on Twitter. I'm still relatively new to FC, but I like this site. Most of my completed offers have been credited instantly and only one has not been credited and it's already been 2 weeks ago. It may have something to do with not having cleared my browser cache?

I think you are asking when you may cash out. Once you reach $25, with 15 being in offers, you may request a cash out. if you do this before 20 Jan, you should receive payment on 20 Feb give or take a business day. Once you request cash out, all offers and bonuses begin to accumulate towards your next cash out.

You have until the end of the month to cash out for getting payment on the 20th of the following month. I cashed out Dec. 28th and got my 30.06 payment in paypal yesterday.

Aside from understanding the rules, I would like to mention that the surveys are not crediting to my account. Its hard enough to qualify for and complete any survey, and when I do qualify, I don't get credit for completing them. Please FusionCash, look into this survey anomaly. We're all missing out on vital money being added to our accounts.

So far I think I've been qualifying for a greater percentage of surveys than on other sites I've tried. Don't seem to be having trouble getting things credited.

I just joined and I agree that most of the offers I have completed are credited quite quickly. However, it is frustrating when you spend time on surveys that are advertised and don't receive the credit you deserve.

What are u supposed to do when u do an offer and it says instant credit and the credit never shows up but the offer said u have completed it? This has happened to me on a few offers now.

WELCOME to FC!! It is very possible to make money on this site, the BEST way is through refferrals and keeping up with all the daily activites Videos,Cheapflights,Horrorscope,Toolbar searches than TRY a few of the daily surveys =) I have been here for one month and my first cashout was for $101 =) Lovin this site!! You dont have to spend a penny, I however did join netflix and Gamefly for the kiddos but it was not MANDATORY!!! Best of luck to you!! :wave:

Out of curiosity if people talk to each other outside of fushion cash can they share information on other paid sites? For example I am members for several survey paid sites which are legit. I have seen some people asking about those. I was curious.

It seems like you have covered every possible situation in the rules. I don't know why anyone who was earning money through a site would make a negative comment about an advertiser. It seems like it would just be common sense. And the golden rule is definitely a great idea - I always try to treat everyone like I want to be treated.

Netflix is not an instant charge. You must stay a member past the free trial and then you must pay for your first month. Everything can be avoided by reading the sites TOS that you visit, even here. Then you must wait an additional 30 days to credit until FC gets their credit.
No Netflix is not a instant charge but they do want you to give them your card info befor you get any service. Belive me I know. I am in the third month of the service, and I love it.

The point though is there are some offers that do not credit. So what I am saying is I do not care how much or how little the offer is for. All offers should credit if you compleat them and have proof that you compleated them. FC should be responcible to ensure all of us that we are not waisting our time. By them removing the Manual credit is saying to us Swim at your own risk and if you drown while we are sitting here watching we can not be held responcible. Look at it this way when you go to the Beach there are life guards to make sure no one drowns. If a life gaurd decided to just sit there and watch you drown who would be held responcable for your drowning? I would say the life gaurd be cause he or she didn't do her job or even make any effort to help save you. This is what FC is doing.
FC is'nt the one who got rid of Manual credit the advertisers did... that has always been on their end..... be lucky fc does do Manual credit for offers that pay a certain amount.. they don't have to do it at all... i for one would not pay someone for work they did if the people they did the work for said they did it wrong and was'nt going to pay me... sorry but it that were the case then everyone lets just sit back and stair at the screen..... it's work.. your using your eyes... ok now FC pay us! lmaooo.... sorry but i just find this whole thing funny

So far I love the site, the only problem I see is when your taking FC surveys or stuff like that you put your time in then almost at the end they say you don't qualify. I think surveys and offers should be posted according to our profiles. I also have a question there has been times where I don't qualify for a survey but it tries to get me to take a different survey , do we get credit for the surveys? ???

sure did happen to me many many times ! just 1 cent ! i just took a long long one from Nielsen about 10 minutes ago and they say i will get extra incentive if i choose to continue the survey for another 17 minutes. it's the first time a survey site offer for a continuance after i reached the end of my original survey saying they will increase the incentive if i agree. well, i did. and it wasn't another 17 minutes. more like an hour. the survey took me 2 hours to finish because i was watching the clock. Guess what. They lied. They didn't credit me extra. Just a measly .75 cents ! so mad ! TWO HOURS ! never again will i fall another offer like that !

There has been rules since the begining of time. Rules are to give a warning those how are involed, Animals, people and even governtment. With all of the issues we are having all over the would and space, can you visualize what shape thing would be in without them. There's no need to restrain from water. Have you ever watched Bear Grills? The guy filters any water through a bag of sand and soil. It will protect one from an infection and thirst if something oozed its way through all the filtration systems.

I agree with these terms! Ppl should not disrespect other members at all. Its not facebook! This site is very easy to use and reliable for folks looking for woek. We do need more FC surveys tho. Thats my issue right now. Only have had a few per day, earning only 3-5’ per day. And paid to clicks dont work on my phone, even on desktop/computer.
