Off-Topic / Re: Would you prefer a pitbull or a rottweiler?
« on: April 14, 2009, 04:52:18 pm »Message ID: 47642
I have both, I have a 5 year old female pit and a 4 year old male rott.
Both of which are so loving to my girls that they must be by my girls all the times. If they can't be around my girls they diffenetly let someone know that they are not happy about the situtation.
Of course it depends on how the dog(s) are raised. Loving, outside dog, a lap dog...so on.

 Just my two cents!

My soon to be ex's jobs toke the family all over the Western states. So us owning a house was never in the picture for us.
But as you can tell things are changing and I am personally looking into buying a house. I personally never liked to rent, we just did.
However, I got to remind myself, credit is a big factor into buying a house. If you don't have the credit, then don't worrry about it. Maybe later.. when I when the lottery I can buy a house..lol. Yupe my credit is that bad!

Off-Topic / Re: DISCUSSION:HOW HAS THE ECONOMY AFFECTED YOUR HOUSEHOLD AND YOU?
« on: February 20, 2009, 09:55:06 pm »Message ID: 39646
My family and I have been blessed by the Gods and Goddesses.
My family so far is doing well. Of course we don't spend crazily either, we never have. Our credit isn't all that grand either but we still have two vechiles that we can still afford to pay for.
However, the economy has me thinking it's time for me to go back to college and finish my MS. You never know what will happen tomorrow! My hubby may be out of work and we will be depending on my BS degree. Which is not very high degree anymore.

Times are rough for sure, I hope things will look up soon. Specially for others that have little ones in these crazy economy days.

I love caller id!
If I don't know the number, (like an idiot) I answer the phone. But within 2-3 mins I know it's a telemarketer. I just let my answer machine pick it up future phone calls from that number(s). No use talking to those people, they seem not to understand the meaning of no or no thanks.

I hate living in a Western state. Most of the companies metioned don't allow people from the Western states to work for them.
It's like a MS from Idaho State is no good compaired to a MS from Cali State?..lol. We all got education some where..lol.

But thanks for the list..I checked them out. And of course Idaho is not a state in the US or something..lol.
