I would like to buy a house with a mortgage. What documents do I need for this?

If buying a house is what you are looking for, be sure to check the house from top to bottom and also a good idea is to take your own inspector with you.  Their inspector only do a cursory inspection only.

Off-Topic / Re: Walmart prescription

My daughter needed her prescription from what used to be a local pharmacy here in town. They recently merged with cvs and the price without insurance was almost $50.00 . I told them to transfer it to walgreens since I get points from them. Low and behold they were over $50.00. The lady at the pharmacy told me that walmart was only $15.00 and I got it. The pharmacy gave me a list of all prescriptions ranging from $4.00- $20.00 If you do not have medical insurance you should look into this for meds you may need. You can save a bundle

You are right.  Walmart is the best place to purchase medications.  The others such as CVS, walgreens are so costly.

Off-Topic / Re: dentist part 2
« on: July 23, 2023, 06:38:50 pm »Message ID: 1376272
I took crappy care of my teeth and I am fully responsible for the condition they are in.

Brushing and flossing  was never a priority as a child and I have since struggled to make it a daily habit.

Getting all my teeth pulled which half of them there is no fixing because they are rotted down to the gum.

with my ex-husband I had no insurance and it was very costly to go to the dentist so I only did it when things got bad.

Now with this insurance I have now pulling and getting dentures would be no cost to me.

I have considered implants. But I would have to find a dentist that would offer a low cost visit or free consultation in my area as I do have a few questions as to weather they would be magnetic and all that. for like MRI's cast scans and so on if I needed one of those procedures in the future.

I would prefer implants that way I could keep my front teeth because my front teeth would just need fillings but I will have no back teeth on top and on bottom.

Right now I am just going to have the ones causing the pain pulled.

I am now attempting to get my teeth back in order so that the pain will go away.

Would you rather use a laptop or phone to browse the internet? I prefer a laptop because I can not see the words on a phone.

My preference is my Laptop definitely.

Seems like there is not limit on how much his budget includes anything to buy him more votes.

See you all at the poor house.

All of you really make me laugh with regards to President Biden.

I don't understand it either but a friend has been doing really well with a app that she downloaded for first time investors for Bitcoin so I plan on downloading the app and with her help invest a very small amount, hopefully it will payoff in the long run!
Sounds like a good idea Deb, but only invest what you can afford to lose. Of course the option I prefer is, only invest what you can earn online for free and you can never lose. Google my user name if you need more details.

I agree with you OB.  I don't understand crypto and bitcoin.  I read articles where people are being robbed by scammers and it is happening practically everyday.

Welcome back.  It is nice to interact with others on this site even though they haven't paid us in over a year.  I keep posting hoping that one day they will start back.
Have they paid anything or just not pay for posting?
The still pay for Surveys and Paid to Click, not as much but it's still free money.

If only that was true OB.  Each time I earn money they take it all back.  I haven't been on this site for about a year because of these tactics.

What's the best way to invest in a business in 2023?

Investing in other folks business is not a good idea.  There are too many scammers out there just waiting  for you to liquidate you life's savings by sending them your hard earned bucks.  Research and Research.  Check BBB and elsewhere.

What actions do you take when faced with life changing obsticles staring you down as you go through your daily application of the choices you make as you live your life. Do you let unexpected events shake the very foundation of your next step in your daily progression through the choices you do still have control over, or just take things as they come and do the best you can?

Take it a day at a time.  Write down all the things you maybe going thru and decide just how important it is to put your self thru the stress of BEING.

I’ve tried, it just eludes me. It is disjointed and odd to try to follow. I joined because my soon to be daughter in law sent me an invite. Mostly because they were posting engagemen pics and such and she was excited to include me(which I was thrilled to be thought of). So now I have an account and I’ve wandered around in there and it is very unsatisfying. I have an Airbnb rental and keep getting articles from big Airbnb promoters that Instagram is the way to go. Is it just me? Does anyone have a good tutorial or insight?

Social Media has gotten more mind boggling if you are trying to be in touch with others.  I very seldom use my twitter, FB, Instagram plus others etc.  They really do not grab my interest.

I'd like to rebuild my credit history and improve my credit score. Can anyone recommend credit card options and share strategies for effectively rebuilding credit?

That is definitely the wrong way to rebuild your credit history.  With a high interest rate just makes it worst because  you aren't paying off the principal, you are only paying the interest they are charging you unless you are able to pay more than the minimum cost.  Good luck.

FusionCash / Re: Money Deducted. Why
« on: November 28, 2022, 09:36:46 pm »Message ID: 1373197
What exactly do you mean? You have money deducted when you qualify for surveys? Or is it because it is the end of your 180 days and FC is taking money for that.

Probably the latter. Mrisha the terms here are you need to cashout within 180 days for any Offers completed or they expire and the award gets deducted. It is a conversation that comes around in cycles, but you are not alone.

Old Buddy, I cash out each time I have $25.  For instance today, I earned $1.27. Yet when I clicked on my balance, all was deducted from the balance.  I had more than $24 dollars and now it's only $22.68.  This happen each time I complete a survey.  The earnings I make is being taken each time and I am fed up with this BS.
Mrisha, It's sad to lose money like that, but the rules were clearly disclosed when you first signed up and accessible to go back and read at any time. They clearly explained the 180 day expiration before you even started and I have been earning here since 2007 without losing a penny to that rule, so I know it can be done.

Old Buddy, I am aware of the rules.  FC is not allowing me to earn at least $25.00.  Whenever I make money they decrease my balance.  I am not one of those people who wait 180 days and then they have problems.  If I have at least $25, I cash out.  In the past months FC has been decreasing my balance.  In other words, they are ensuring that I do not earn $25.00.  Ensuring that I never will earn at least $25.00.

FusionCash / FC- why is all monies that I earned being taken away
« on: November 28, 2022, 09:30:07 pm »Message ID: 1373196
FC, why are you all stealing all the monies I earn?  Each time I make money, you continue to decrease my balance.  I would  really like to know.

Money is still being stolen using the excuse expired had well over $25.00 with no way to earn except the 2 cent email! My balance is now down to $2.25 This an internet crime!

Each time I earn money by completing surveys, FC steals it from me.  This has been happening for months.I made 85 cents today and it was deleted from my balance again.  Has anyone gotten any answers from FC as to why they are stealing  money being made?
