It may not be how much your eating, it could be what your eating. You could be someone who has a carb sensitive genotype or a fat sensitive genotype. genes have a major impact on how a person metabolizes components of food. If you eat a meal that is carbohydrate rich ad still feel hunger and deprived then you may be carb sensitive and if you eat a meal thats high in fat and still feel hunger and lose energy you may be fat sensitve.
