The bonus that everyone is thanking Kohler for is from last Saturday's promo (7/16).  He will post bonuses from the prior week just before posting the new promo, so you'll get your bonus next Sat.

How and who do I contact if I have something wrong with my cashout? I got denied for two refferals. And I am not happy about it at all. How do I fix this?
