I figured this out too. You are correct. Community is the only access. Surveys page says 500 error. I made a post last month around the same time and then it eventually corrected itself. I did get paid last month, so I am also hopeful that this is temporary. Last month a few other people responded to my message. This time, you are the only other person I have seen in the chats.

Thanks for responding. That IS the error that I had yesterday. Today seems better. I too am hoping to be able to cash out.

Happy 2026. I do not have any surveys listed in the middle of the page, but I do have the option on the sidebar to the left for MyThoughtCounts and TapResearch.
