I usually eat tamales ! bunuelos, champoorado, hot chocolate. Home made cookies and sometimes just go with a BBQ.

I am making chicken flautas, with rice and refried beans and salad on the side. Plus a jalapeno and sour cream  yum yum one of my favorite mexican plates.

I love my brother in law like if he was my real brother.

 He came to visit my house with his two kids for the first time since my sister passed. He loved my sister very much and was there for her to the last min. My sister lost the battle against cancer.

After a night out with the family coming home he stayed behind outside talking on the phone. At first I didn't know he was on the phone so I texted him if he was ok since he wouldn't come inside. He said yea he is fine and will be in in  a bit. Anyways in the morning he tells me he was talking to this girl "friend" and shows me a picture of her on his phone.He says she is a very good friend I met, she is going through a divorce, she is a nurse, has 2 kids and she is 44 yrs old. Something to keep my mind off things, he says. This hit me hard ! I got confused upset, just didn't know what to think. It had been only like 5 weeks since my sister was gone. Since this was a visit with his kids I didn't want to make a big deal out of this.Once he got home thats when we started arguing.

After a few days being miserable. I know he felt real bad, he said I made him feel like trash and was not eating. I also felt very bad. Then my sister and God gave me signs that it was OK ! I now understand my nephews need someone to care for them and my brother in law too. Nothing will bring my sister back and I know nobody will replace her but I feel bad for little Mathew who is only 8 years old  What else could I ask for, ? God is sending a nurse      I am now at peace  thank you Lord.

I know it will be very awkward to meet her but I will be fine.

 My sister fought cancer from Oct. 31st to Aug. 21st. She was only 43 years old and left a 17 yr. old son and an 8 yr old little boy and a very sad husband. She was a fighter. She had a beautiful smile on her face every day. her precious smile will always be in our memories and in our heart.

In memory of my beautiful Angel in Heaven, I pray for all those fighting cancer.

Dear Lord I ask you to please have mercy and touch the lives of all victims of this terrible disease. Father give them strength as they go through this journey. May the Holy Spirit travel through their bodies from head to toe and clean their body from all bad cells. Lord please take control and restore their health 100%. I ask this be done to Glorify your Name ! In Jesus Christ I pray Amen !

Off-Topic / My son's Girlfriend ? I need advice

My feelings are all messed up ! My son picks up his FIRST girlfriend (my son is only 14 years old) I give her a ride home from school. I talked to her grandma asking her for permission to come visit. I give her grandma my phone number for emergency just in case.

When I get home in about an hour and a half, she calls and starts telling me to be careful with her granddaughter. She is bipolar and addicted to SEX ! OMG and along with that she has a contagious disease she got from her 19 yr old ex-boyfriend !  the lady didn't sound like she was telling me this to protect her granddaughter from my son. She was actually warning me so my son doesn't get in trouble! The girl was actually taking some medication.

Now what ? I told my son he has to confront her and ask her what's is going on.  Told him to be gentle. Tell her maybe you all can be friends and date now and then. I don't want him breaking her heart. Then she is bipolar, what if she gets very depressed and God prohibit what she would do to herself . . . . 

I think she should of told my son about her problem before she even said YES to him 

My son asks, so mom will she ever have a boyfriend? Will she get cured?

I know my son is NOT in love with her. He feels loved by a girl who tells him he is cute and loves to play with his hair. I told him he first have to get to know the girls first before he makes any move on them.

Please HELP ! What do you all think ?
