Off-Topic / Anybody know about ceramic molds?
« on: April 26, 2009, 01:52:57 pm »Message ID: 50264
i'm trying to lisk a few molds on an auctions site.  I know nothing about them though, and when I do a search using the manufacturers marks I find nothing.
it's a large mold, the marks are  Mayco MO 169 and Male Oriental mask Halliard OH. U.S.A. 1993.
Any idea how much I should ask?

That Trevorsmom was banned.

I'm curious as to whether she lost any money or not.

When people post two or three new threads and never go back to answer any questions.

ya know, it's not that hard to get 30 posts in 30 days, you don't have to pad the count.
And who was it that decided because of animal cracker kid s think giraffes are as tall as bears?

Oh that's right, the OP never did return to that thread.

Off-Topic / Gardening, what are you growing this year?
« on: April 14, 2009, 06:28:28 pm »Message ID: 47678
Food wise, I'm doing red potatoes, yellow onions, carrots and garlic.   Also basil, mint, horse radish, lavender and hops.
I'm trying yet again for pumpkins and Indian corn.  Always have trouble with those.

I've got my hazelnut trees in, the wisteria is growing, zinnia's, cosmos, carnations, painted daisy.

The daffodils are fading and the tulips are coming in and finally, this year the lilacs will bloom.

I build things out of scrap wood.  Trays, stools, lop sided chicken houses.  I also build life sized Halloween figures, paint Halloween themed furniture and grow plants just for Halloween use.

I also have a room full of ceramic molds that I can't do anything with because as it turns out, I'm allergic to plaster dust.

I collect wild grapevine and make wreaths, trellises and arbors.   And I grow plants for use as Halloween decorations.
