Support / Having problems

I can't access ANY dailys for 4 days now.  I also am not getting credit for anything I am doing.  Can someone please help me figure out what I may be doing wrong???  I've only been here since Sunday.

For the past 3 days, when I click on the dailys it says "results not found".  Am I doing something wrong?  Is anyone else having this problem?   Thanks.

I'm new and have only been here for 2 days, but I can't get thru many of the surveys due to the silver, gold, and platinum offers.  I do not have a CC and really have no interest in any of the offers anyway.  What do I do now?
