Support / I got an offer completion bonus but not the referral bonus?

Hi I just got my first referral and they completed an offer so I got $2.00 but wasn't I also suppose to get $1 for them signing up? Because I never got that bonus.

I do not want my username to be my name 

But it says it cannot be changed... I really just don't want it to be my name.. Can anyone who like works here maybe change it for me? Please?
