Payments / Payment not recieved - Cash out in OCT :(

Hello frnds...
I did cash out on 27th oct and got approval on 22nd Nov...
Its still showing me the status approved (not shipped or printed & mailed).

When I raised support request..they answered me that my check is already sent...But still I am waiting for it...

Please help me....Do anybody have same experience??
