Is anyone else having problems with Surveyhead?

After answering each set of pre-qualifying questions and typing in the letters on the screen it says "this survey is now closed".  Just curious...

Support / Completed Survey but No Credit

This morning, I completed the SSI Survey, Surveyhead, and MyThoughtCounts but I have yet to receive credit for them.  I believe that the advice is typically to be patient -- but I have been checking my account throughout the day and have't been awarded credit yet.  Can you please help me out?

Sorry if this was already posted -- but I am a new member and am curious -- how often are new offers posted?  Is it on a monthly basis?  Less frequent?
