Support / I can't get my $5 signup bonus!

Hi, I filled everything out when I first joined to get it because it said I couldn't do this later. When I got to the part where you have to pick at least one offer, I picked Opinion Outpost. When I checked no for the others and clicked submit, it didn't go to a different page. Didn't reload or anything, it was as if I was clicking on the grey background. I was using this on Firefox so I tried switching browsers to Internet Explorer but it did the same thing. My guess is it might be related to the website.
I tried filling out a support ticket but under the heading where it says open support tickets, it doesn't show up even though it said it received my ticket so that's why I'm asking here. Is there a staff person who can help or a user who's had this happen before?
