Offers / Is FC Actually Giving Credit for Attempting Surveys?

Ok, so I have heard that some other sites do give you some credit for attempting a survey and not qualifying and I know that FC does not do this. I tried doing a FC survey today and did not qualify, or really it said the quota has been filled. But I still ended up getting $0.01 for the survey and not sure why. Has anyone else had anything similar happen?

Has anyone ran into this issue? This offer did not show up until after a few days of starting. Some of the surveys here are worth $1.50 to $3 but since I already took them earlier I only made maybe 50 cents to $1 for the same surveys. And now I come to find that I could have made more.
