Does anyone know any good tricks to sticking to a diet and exercise routine long term? I know this is like a million dollar question, but alot of people do pretty well. I always slack after a couple of months.

I must say as much as I enjoy fashion, I don't enjoy shopping for the latest styles. It can be pretty darn frustrating. I find that there are more men that enjoy shopping these days..Are there any women that actually don't enjoy shopping for clothes?
