Support / Not Credited?

Ok so I figured I'd come here first as I'm still fairly new here.  I clicked on an offer to sign up for another panel that required registering and confirming my e-mail with INSTANT CREDIT.  I did the offer and am working on my profile on that page to get more surveys, but there is nothing on my account for it    Should I contact customer support or is the Instant Credit not so instant and wait??
