As I had mentioned in a reply to another poster, I am a professional Scrabble player who plays for money in NASPA tournaments. Unfortunately due to Covid we have not been able to get together and have any tourneys for a long time, hopefully this summer, so a poor alternative is to play online. I was playing one of my friends online the other day and he told me that a lot of words are being canceled I haven't seen the list yet but in Adult Tournament Scrabble curse words, slang, and slurs have always been allowed because they are just words to make points we don't usually think or worry about the meaning of them, as a matter of fact it is not necessary to know the meanings but it can help. It is hard enough to learn the thousands of words you need to know to help you be a better player now we have to unlearn words, what a joke If you don't unlearn these words and use them you can be challenged off and it could cost you a game. Right now we can still use them online on the site I play on but who knows for how long? Maybe they will reconsider when we start playing live again and people start complaining

This is for those who post on here that don't know the difference between a Forum and a Questionnaire:
The definition of a forum is a place or a method for discussion. An example of a forum is an online message board. A law court; tribunal. ... (Internet) An Internet message board where users can post messages regarding one or more topics of discussion.
No where does it indicate asking frivolous binary questions nor is the word question even in the definition.
This is just an FYI, but it would be nice if we can have more topics or subjects for discussion.

Answered a call supposedly from Comcast who I have been a customer for a long time and they said they needed to fix a security problem I didn't know I had. They had me download a program then got in my computer, locked it up, and threatened me but I asked them where they were from the guy said I didn't need to know that SO I HUNG UP and unplugged my computer. They didn't get any money out of me but I had to get new cards and got a new computer to be on the safe side because my other one was old anyway. Lesson is don't let anybody get in your computer unless you call for that kind of help.

Other than Blacklist, Blindspot, and Brooklyn 99, and some History Channel shows, there isn't a lot of satisfying shows on anymore. I fall back to reruns which are better than a lot of garbage they put on now.

I don't see the Patriots losing 2 Super Bowls in a row, they will not fool around and probably win by at least 10 pts. Unless the refs blow some more calls the Rams really won't be able to keep pace with the Patriots. Patriots 41-Rams 17

Villanova or Michigan? I think Michigan's defense holds on since Villanova may have wasted some of their 3 pointers on Kansas. If Michigan wins then they win NCAA Tourney and with Penn State winning NIT that makes BigTen Conference look good

So I watch The Rifleman on Saturday mornings on AMC and in this episode he meets his new neighbor from Argentina having a ranch next to him. Lucas is introduced to his neighbor's wife and his brother when the wife interrupts with a comment to which his neighbor asks Lucas what month does a woman talk the least? He tells a wondering Lucas, February lolololol Great joke on TV in the 60's

From what I can see no one has discussed this serious incident but have no problem talking about personal family death on here even if not close. I find that really strange that no one has any thoughts or opinions on everything concerned about it, kind of sad, indicates the lack of caring for others. Hopefully people can talk about more than their favorite this or that when bad things happen, who knows maybe someone would come up with a great idea to save people. Just saying, yeah freedom of speech.
