Payments / Bad luck has struck

As I was trying to get to $25 yesterday in time for the deadline of September, I finally got to $25.26 and cashed out, but this morning I got a notification saying one of my surveys were revoked and I was down 24.51, so now I have to wait until November to receive my payment if I were to cash out this month, at least I have more time to fill my account up

So since I'm still fairly new to FC but also cashing out soon, I just want to make sure, that if I cash out by the end of September (30th), then it'll be processed on Oct. 20th? And if I were to cash out on the 1st of October, it'd be processed in the same month or carried on to November 20th?

I was browsing through the app store a day or two ago wondering if there was an app for this website since I just recently joined, only to find a third party app that links you to this website. Is there any way FC could get an official app? I'd love it and it'd be really convenient
