Off-Topic / The many different scents..
« on: January 04, 2010, 12:09:06 pm »Message ID: 126087
I wonder why some women don't have the "maybe my perfume stinks radar "... lots of women dress to impress and then ruin their whole outfit by putting on some horribly loud cheap perfume that no one likes.
Its my scent..or I just love this scent if you were to ask why does she wear it only all the time.. But it makes you sick just a little or hold your breath because you absolutly can not stand it.
On a crowded subway there is so many its gotten to the point you are sure to strike up convo just to ask a smiling woman what's the name of that your wearing ..you smile as she smiles back and tell you as you register another name of something you never want as a gift..or for your girlfriend to to wear.

Off-Topic / roach infestation..
« on: January 04, 2010, 11:56:03 am »Message ID: 126075
Unbelieveable I'm so nervous I hate to have to come into this house... I have a friend who have roaches and they are rude if I am not watching my cup I can possibly find me one or two..she's really cool and I have nothing against how she keeps her house but these roaches belong in a zoo.I think I better hurry up and leave before 1 climbs into my shoe. I got some stuff I seen at the store said it kills everything.  but some how this  stuff doesn't affect her roaches  cuz everyday they are back like they've multiplied times two.. Oh me oh my..now what do I do.
They walk across her ceiling I sit still praying they keep moving I pretend to want something out of another room because I'm to nervous to stay in my seat because if my eyes were to follow it then that would be rude of me.      Sometimes I look stare off  into a corner as thou I'm deep in thought but the only thing I keep thinking bout is this  one minute I seen it then.. the next minute its gone this girls roach infestation is over whelming I can't stop being her friend.but if a roach lands on my butt it will be a long time before she'd see me here again.

Off-Topic / UNCLOG THE MESS.
« on: January 03, 2010, 03:19:42 pm »Message ID: 125860
Oh the dredded clogged bathroom sink then once youv'e cleaned out that then you find the tub is stopped up or some other drain in the house right..
Well good for you I know something that works to fix it every time all you have to do is have the following things salt. baking soda. A bottle of vinegar.a pot of  boiling hot water and patience..this is a very inexpensive way to unclog your drains throughout the house so here goes..first put on a big pot of water to boil then mix eqaul parts of the baking soda and the salt together it can be a cup of each then make sure you get enough of this into the drain dry use small amouts of the vinegar to help aid in the process DO NOT POUR ALL THE VINEGAR ONTO A SMALL AMOUNT..use it to help the salt disolve into the drain yes it will bubble but that's a good thing so get this full amount of mixture into the drain it might take a minute but have what ?  PATIENCE.. it will get there then take that pot of water you have and pour it down the drain..simple  now you wait up to a half an hour before using any of the faucets in the home so be sure to pick a day or time you know that this can be done without hurting the family maybe you can also try this trick during the middle of the night while everyone is asleep and your wanting a late night snack like icecream  I hope this helps many of you and saves you lots of money..let me know if it was helpful to you if you like..

Off-Topic / have you run out of meals to cook?
« on: January 03, 2010, 02:46:39 pm »Message ID: 125849
In the mood to eat..just don't know what. due to the holidays. eating turkeys..filled with stuffing or chicken roasted the  potatos on the side have you just plum got sick of standing at the stove because youv'e run out of things to cook..and have no fresh ideas..try thinking outside of the box and add some flavor to your veggies n meats by using a can of cream mushrooms or try some onion dip packets to  your meals..if your used to using powdered flavors try a fresh garlic clove.. The difference will be noticeable.. So go from plain to zesty try adding lemon pepper to your food its delicious and there will be no need to overwhelm by adding salt its great for dieting..less sodium.so don't be afraid to do something different in the kitchen not everyone is a top chef but with the right flavors your family will thank you.

A friend asks can she do my hair I says sure and so she says she would like to put in a relaxer so at first I was like no thanks I haven't had one in a few years and I don't want my hair to fall out she explains how good this stuff is and how long and silky it will make my hair I'm so not excited by any of this but since she seems so happy to play in my hair I'm like why not
She really doesn't have many friends and has been busy being a mom these last 4yrs since we are gonna go out dancing for the first time I guess if it will make her happy I'm happy too right
Wrong well she did my hair very tenderly like a real beautician and then when this stuff started to burn she says its only been on five mins it can't work that fast let it sit I am sitting with my eyes closed this stuff burn so bad it hasn't been a full min since I said can I please rinse this stuff out so I waited another minute goes past I felt light headed from pain I wanted to jump in a lake or something I says please let me rinse this stuff out it burns I can't take it so she goes ok go ahead cry baby rinse it out.
I did it looked scared straight and so thin I didn't want her to comb it for fear that it would just fall off but I let her do her blow drying thing then afterwards it was beautiful I was shocked I took pictures and everything but its now a week later I have tons of scabs all over my head.she asked could she do my hair today I said NO.

Off-Topic / ALMOST babystroller nightmare
« on: October 16, 2009, 04:18:51 am »Message ID: 99931
This is one of the saddest things that can happen to a parent watching in horror as your child's stroller cruises along towards a unknown fate. A woman lets go of the baby stroller bends down to pull up her pants and unbeknownst to her the baby stroller has sailed into the train tracks as and aproaching train is less then 2ft away and in sec right above her child.
As you watch this whole drama play out you don't have time to pray you feel the strings to your heart breaking and cry inside for this baby whom is only 6mos old and its mother who is in hysterics because she can not believe her eyes.
Its unexplainable how the quick thinking  train conductor pulls the train to a halt  yet the train drags the baby nearly 90ft and the fact that this child survives this was a true miracale because just watching the news and the repeat of the scene from when the mom has bent down  there isn't anything that could have been done if things didn't happen right on time I'm glad this true story ened well.

Off-Topic / yesterdays NEWS
« on: October 16, 2009, 04:04:58 am »Message ID: 99929
Balloon boy..I was watching so intensely at the tv screen wondering about the fear, health & safety of this small boy FALCON who's parents weren't even being interviewed at the time because the news reported that they were in so much anguish.
At first I was at a stand still just glued to the tv as I listened for anything good bound to happen maybe mintues away since the reports of the ballon were that this thing was finally slowing down I was so excited so happy but then while the ballon was still in the air about 500ft I had a thought this child family should be talking to the press by now they still were a no show so then I felt in my gut that this has got to be a hoax and sad to say it was I'm so upset and angered by this these parents watched as this basket was begining to climb into the air they didn't look like there was true rage behind the rant that the parents displayed plus who sets up the camera to show everything as it all got started whitout knowing for sure if this child was in the ballon or not I mean really what happened to of have them make the assumpution while the video camera was on why didn't no one press rewind to be sure whlie everyone in the world was glued to the tv wondering where this kid was shame on them.

Off-Topic / how do you ask some one to move out.
« on: June 18, 2009, 12:36:35 pm »Message ID: 63053
If your renting to a friend or family memeber and they seem to be doing things you don't like in your home and yet they don't have any place to go but you want them to move how would you go about telling them to get out. If its a family member that you extended the space to whom has had prior problems  and is now staying at your house and you are noticing habits that you don't like how do you ask them to leave without hurting the bond between you?

« on: June 18, 2009, 12:31:24 pm »Message ID: 63051
Is there anyone whom had any bad experience with hair dye have you tried doing it on your own and then getting a shade very far from the one you were expecting...  maybe ended up with a yellow instead of blonde a orange or rust instead of auburn a blue instead of black.

Off-Topic / easy come easy go.
« on: June 18, 2009, 12:22:24 pm »Message ID: 63047
Are you excited to get paid and then make plans to spend as soon as you cash your check. Do you notice afterwards that you over spent and regret what you purchased or asked yourself hey what did I buy with my money? Is it harder to save or easy to spend and your left wondering why? Me too I would like to hear your voices on this matter. Easy come easy go.

Off-Topic / is it ok to yell?
« on: June 18, 2009, 12:15:46 pm »Message ID: 63044
Do yelling make you feel good does it help to raise your voice? Is there something that says in your head maybe this person doesn't understand what it is I'm saying so that's why you yell thinking it helps get your point across?
