Ok I am just curiouse if any one on here is a first time home buyer or is getting ready to buy there first home.  I Have been watching the price of realestate up here in Rhode Island and there are some great programs for first time home buyers.  RIhousing has a program that helps youw with mortgage assistance and ever part of buying your first home.


Here is a link that every one who is interested in buying ther first home can use it is so they can find there HUD Office in ther state and find out what home ownership programs there state offers.

My question is if you are a first time home buyer or are about to become one.  Have you been watching the price of homes in your area and what kinds of programs does your state offer?

Ok I know I have posted this in other threads but thought it may be a good idea for all of us to share our stories on how we all met our special some one.

As I have oposted in other threads I met my Signifacant other recently on Eharmony and we have now known each other for about 2 months and last week was our first date were we finaly met face to face.  Then Last night we went back to her house and we both cooked diner togeather then wached tv while snugling.

Ok every one there are alot of people on this site that are more then most likely single and feeling lonely.  So I have decided to start a blog here with the hopes that this will be allowed.  There is an old saying You will never know were you will find your mate.  He or she could be right infront of you right now.  Or it may be some one you have talked to for a while but never met.  Or it may be some one new.

Ok this question has probly been answered more then 100 times already.  I was just telling one of my friends about this site while talking to her on aim.  Well she signed up before I gave her my referal link.  She felt kind of bad that I couldn't get the credit for telling her about the site.  So my question is if there is any way I can get credit for her signing up even if she didn't use my referal link?

Hay Ya'll Last night when I came ome from work FC was gone.  I was wondering if any this happened to any one ealse.  As for me I was like NNNNNNNNNNNNoooooooooooooooo  FC cant go away on us.  I am just glad to see it back up and running today.  Wondering what happened though last night.

Ok I do not know what is going on here and I have already dropped a ticket to support.  Has this happened to any one ealse were you got the credit for an offer you compleated and then weeks later or months latter it is changed to Denied?  What is up with that???
