the secret life of pets is cute but it's only worth watching maybe twice. after that, it gets annoying. my niece got a bootleg copy and we were watching it over the weekend while we were camping. i had missed a few parts coz i had other things to do and walked out of the camper but my niece put it back in the dvd player and i watched the parts i missed.

i am a banker and i talked to a guy who was there and was a victim of the flooding. he said he was staying in a trailer while he builds his house and the trailer got a foot of water and the new house is raised coz he knew the area flooded but the new house got water damage too. he was saying that it was receding but he'll have to wait a few days to check the damage and see what needs to be done. poor guy.

Off-Topic / Re: Suicide

my friend tried to commit suicide about 3 times. i don't really think she wanted to die. i think she was just sick of all the pain and suffering from the events in her life and her mom doing the things she did. kicked her out at 16 and lived with me for about a week. she stayed where she could and i eventually called dcfs and told them what was going on and she was put in foster care and was in  foster care until she turned i believe 18 and then she married coz she wanted out of her foster parents house and she was married for a couple years until there was constant fights and a divorce soon after. now, she's married again and seems happy but i think she will always resent me for calling dcfs. well, i was only looking out for her safety and she needed a permanent place to live but she was telling me that her foster mom would pull her hair and push her down the stairs. well, if that is true than she doesn't have to deal with that any longer.

Off-Topic / Re: Do you like your job?

i don't enjoy my job but i can get lost in it sometimes taking so many calls and helping so many people. i think us bankers need to be paid more coz we do more than the bankers do at the branches but we get our pay from the 3rd party we are contracted into and the company that we a contracted into takes a portion of what they get paid to pay us so we only get 11 an hour. we can make bonuses but it's hard and it's not all the time we can get a bonus.

Off-Topic / Re: where do go to get peace and quiet time

i like to go outside for peace and quiet but usually it's at work and it's not actually quiet outside but quieter than inside. less people bug me outside. i get stopped in the break room and i don't want to be in there.

yeah i don't believe walmart couldn't afford to pay their workers overtime. i mean, come on, they have sales every day by the thousands/millions. sorry, it's not believable. i won't work there because it seems boring as crap and time would go too slow there. my job isn't the best but as least the time goes somewhat fast.

my fiance's mother and step-father had a black poodle named pepper and then when that one died they got a smaller poodle that they named pepper number 2. he lived for 15+ years until he had to be put down coz he wasn't sleeping and falling over and hardly eating.

my friend was doing what they call mmmglobal which is people helping people but i never got into it coz i wasn't sure if i trusted it and he doesn't have the best judgement either so i didn't want to end up getting involved in a fake site that steals my info. he said a lot things have changed with mmmglobal so he doesn't know how it's going.

i would never sit there for 6 hours waiting on someone to see me. i have food stamps and the medical card but i have never been down to the office coz i didn't have to. wait for them to call you back on the phone. don't waste time sitting there. you could be doing something else more productive.

i went to work. i talked to a guy for an hour which happens sometimes. i'm probably going to be "talked to" about it coz it raised my talk time at work. oh well, i don't care.

Off-Topic / Re: Do You Brush Naked?

i always brush my teeth with toothpaste. i don't ever how you say "naked brush". i wouldn't ever think to because it doesn't kill germs and doesn't get your teeth as clean as it would with the toothpaste.
