I get up at four in the morning walk the dogs, make my meals for the day, do my point to clicks/surveys, and shower which is the extent of what I do for myself. After that I work until six PM, come home to work on a second job(if I am not carting the kids around), make dinner for the family if my wife is at sports which is three days of the week. On the weekends I am doing my second job, yardwork, setting up the kid's activities, driving them to their parties, movies, sporting events, the mall etc.,etc. I might sneak a work-out in once per month and my body is paying for it. I have put on weight and my clothes are ill-fitted because of it.
Talk about profiling! Until you mentioned your wife I thought you were one! But I agree, family must come first, but you also have to take care of yourself. If you can't get in a normal work out,how about an interactive one with the kids?.
