Why not have an anything discussion....this thread will be a place to discuss anything and everything...as long as you aren't flaming...keep it clean!!

So why not start out the conversation with How are you?

How are you today?

Me....I'm pretty great!! I just got a new vacuum cleaner!!! So that is REALLY exciting!! It has a cool duster tool attached to it...and it cleans the duster...AWESOME!

I haven't read Harry Potter, but I like the movies...I would say Lord of the Rings would probably be similar to Harry Potter...but if you are looking for a really good series that is super addicting...try the Twilight series...I was hooked, now I am re-reading them because I went through them way to fast the first time...I was just so excited to see what happened next!!!

Great verse to start out with!! This is the first one my daughter was taught, followed by Ephesians 6:1 "Obey your parents in the Lord for that is right" and every time she is doing something she isn't supposed to be doing I say what does Eph. 6:1 say? Or if I ask her to do something and she doesn't want to I ask her the same thing...does the trick almost every time...

My husband and I bought our house in October 2007....had we waited a little longer we probably could have gotten it cheaper...seeing how the economy is today...
We used to rent a brand new mobile home but every time we had a tornado watch I would freak out...that was one of the reasons we finally made the decision to buy a house....plus we had another baby...and the trailer just wasn't big enough!!

Off-Topic / How many posts have you made?
« on: February 27, 2009, 02:08:52 pm »Message ID: 40640
It's almost the end of the month....how many posts have you made this month???

Including this post I am at 26....I  don't think it's that hard to reach 30 if you post one post a day you'll get there...and who only posts one post when they come to the forum?? I can't....I always do more than that....

I started posting on the 20th...I think 26 posts in 7 days is pretty good!! I wonder how much I can post next month!!

Maybe we should have a contest starting March 1st....to see who can post the most...who knows maybe Fusion Cash will give the winner an added bonus....

So how many posts do you have?

I don't know if it is considered fast food, but Subway!!! It's much healthier than all the others...and I always get the same thing....a footlong turkey on Monterey cheddar bread with mayo, southwest sauce, little lettuce, tomato, black olives, and banana peppers.....have you ever tried their southwest sauce!!! It is so yummy!!!

But if I want to pig out...and eat fatty foods then I would say either Arby's or Burger King....

I made around $30 I think...it's from doing the offers...Fusion Cash offers many free or low cost offers that they pay you to complete....Just go to the return to Fusion Cash button then click on the offers button and you can choose what kind of offers you want to complete....that is how everyone made the money they have....It's not only the forum....I hope this helps!! If not you can message me and I'll try to help you out more if I can...or an admin might stop by and answer your ?

The potato pancakes sound yummy!! I usually freeze what can be frozen...I also freezer cook, so when I make a meal I usually make a double and freeze the copy...it saves me time later, because then all I have to do is unthaw and cook....it tastes just like I made it that night...and it's healthier and more cost efficient than frozen meals that you buy....

I also like to make casseroles out of some left overs...and the other night I had left over chili, after eating chili for 3 nights...so I added some velveeta and made chili cheese nachos....I still have chili left...lol...so I am going to make chili cheese dogs tonight....

I know that's alot of chili, but it saves money!!!

Off-Topic / Messy Children
« on: February 27, 2009, 01:55:43 pm »Message ID: 40636
If you have children, you know they are the messiest little boogers on the face of the earth!!

Yesterday I took my dog out for like 2 minutes, I came back in and my children [[1 and 5]] had everything in my bottom cabinet torn out....a box of spaghetti noodles opened and stuffed into the oven....crackers smashed into the carpet...and my 1 year old is breaking the spaghetti into small pieces and throwing it all over the kitchen....don't worry the oven wasn't on and there is no way they could have turned it on....and the cabinet they had open was the only one that didn't have a child lock on it...it now does....

Anyway...I thank God for the invention of the trash can!!! Where would we hide our messes if not for that spectacular invention!! Not to mention the vacuum cleaner!!

Do any of you have children?? What are some of the messes you have come upon?

I come to check the forum on a daily basis almost...to see if I can reply or post anything, but most everything that is up I have already posted on, and the other stuff doesn't really interest me...not that it isn't good, just not my cup of tea....so let's get busy people....Don't you know we are being paid to post here!!! Let's make this forum ROCK!!!
Whatever you can think of that sounds interesting to other people, post it!!!! No one will ever make 30 posts a day if we don't get on the ball!! I personally don't think 30 is too much to ask to be paid $3 for!! And if this goes well maybe they will start paying us more for more posts...who knows anything is possible!!

I think the purpose of the whole paid to post was to get the forum moving....so here's your motivation....now let's get talking!!!

Off-Topic / Re: Getting Paid thru Paypal makes this fun
« on: February 27, 2009, 01:45:28 pm »Message ID: 40633
I agree, paypal is great!! They make getting paid as well as transferring money so much safer and better!! Plus it gives me the chance to just let my money sit in there awhile and build up and I know that I won't spend it right away...I kind of use it as a sort of savings account....Paypal also offers a stock sort of thing, but I'm not really sure how that works...I thought about trying it out...but have doubts because I don't completely understand it....

I have like 3 or 4 different sites that pay me each month...so they all go directly to my paypal account, and they are always there right on time...no worries!!!

Congratulations!!
at least you did get paid!! I hate it when some things take longer than planned, but it was very considerate of the site/person to pay you extra for your pain and suffering!! They didn't have to do that...I bet that it really made your day!!
;D

Off-Topic / Re: ufo's
« on: February 27, 2009, 01:37:53 pm »Message ID: 40631
I'm not really sure what to believe...my hubby and I have conversations about the possibilities quite often...one of the arguments are that if God created the earth that we live on then why would he not create another planet that could be inhabited....but then again maybe God has other plans for the other planets....maybe they all serve as a purpose for planet earth....

I have never personally seen a UFO but I would never throw the possibility down...I mean what about all the rumors about the UFO that crash landed but the government covered it up? Plus if you think about all of the technology that we have...stealth bombers.. and other high tech military weapons...you have to wonder where we got the ideas from...My hubby says that ever since the supposed crash landing we've had more and more technology...but before that it was inventions like the telephone, and the trash can...lol...

Who really knows...there may or may not be...If there is I hope we are never at war with them though...that's all I am certain about!
