Dead is dead......his death was gruesome. That is a pretty big story to "make up." I surely don't like to see gruesome photos. There was one gruesome photo of him on Facebook circulating.....

Off-Topic / ergonomic toothbrush

There has been so much talk about BPA- free plastic substances. I am glad to know the truth. You even have to be careful of toothbrushes.
I just found out about ergonomic toothbrushes. Oral B doesn't use BPA. Colgate has been questioned; no answers from them.

Peanuts are good for you BUT they are treated with pesticides and contaminated with a carcinogenic mold called aflatoxin.
Arrowhead Mills organic peanut butter has been a recommendation.

I agree with the comments on water.
Drink water and have it on hand all day.
It is "food for our cells". It also helps solve/prevent a few problems.
I eat my main meal in the middle of the day and eat light in the evening.
 It's better for digestion.

What you are doing is highly commendable. I wish you good luck.
The last move I made, I had 3 bags: 1) for trash 2) for giveaway 3) to take with me
I tried to sort things quickly not thinking too much.

I have had 2 laptops; the first one lasted 5 years, then caught a major huge virus. I got Stop Sign firewall and prefer it over Norton and such. I had a Toshiba laptop and the fan burned out because it was too hot with normal daily use. I didn't want to get small parts to "keep it together" - prop it up and all that. I bought a desktop (e machines) and am happy with it.

When my parents have had a big meal in the afternoon, they sometimes eat cereal in the evening; mom doesn't feel like cooking.

Caller ID is helpful. There are times when it shows "Florida Call" and is unidentifiable.

I was living with a group of residents.
There was one lady who loved gardening.
She lead the group and we helped plant flowers.
It was fun.
It's nice to do it with others; takes the hardship out of it and everyone has their particular talent and task.

It is important to have one; I had one set up when I was in my early 40's; updated it once. There was a foreign student who passed away unexpectedly and not OLD. She had her bank account in her name only. The money went to the state.

We met my brother and his family there last Easter weekend. It was fun. Animal Kingdom was the best. There were real animals out back. I never saw a giraffe before! I was looking for  Disney refrigerator magnets all day.....didn't find them until we went to one of the lodges in the lobby gift shop.

I have had Cerebral Palsy since birth; I'm in my 50's.
It's slight and only affects my right arm and leg.
I am very blessed.
