"A Widow's Hope"  by Mary Ellis
It is about the Amish.
It is a clean family book with adventure and a nice weave of a story; you feel you're there. At least, I did.
The Lumby Series of books were enjoyable too.

I live in Florida......Fort Myers.
 I was born in Chicago suburbs....moved here in 2002.
My brother is the only one who stayed there. One sister lives in Nashville.
My other sister and her family live in Arkansas, so I will probably move there eventually, to be closer.

I like healthy snacks: dates, raisins, walnuts, pecans, dried fruit.
I just ordered some coconut oil to use as salad dressing; I read it helps keep cholesterol at good levels.
I do like Tostitoes chips, but don't have them very often at all anymore.
I do eat ice cream; we have a nice selection where I live: mint chocolate chip, pistachio, peach, maple walnut.

I have a friend in Mexico whose grandchildren are starting organic farming for the whole country. I sure hope prices for organic become cheaper AND they replace regular food.

We have a local baseball team.  A couple years ago, we rented a booth above home plate: out of the sun. There were 10 of us, so it cost $100 total = $10 a person. We were served deli sandwiches included in the price.

When I was in Poland, a young man 20 years younger than me, showed me the acupressure point for headaches...between the thumb and first finger, in the web, where your skin stretches. Your headache will go away in 15 minutes after  someone presses in that point with a pinch. You feel the connecting pain in your head with the pinch while the person is pressing there.

I believe that if we treat people respectfully, the world can reflect Heaven on Earth.
There are many things, however, that need to be restored.
And, we keep making mistakes that we have to restore.

check Bioactive Nutrients website. Allergies are a sign of something deeper. you have to treat the root of sickness, not the symptoms. Caprylic Acid and Olive Leaf Extract in conjunction with carrot juice. That combo helped me. Read the article on  that website...best wishes.
